India Post — Tracking status is not updating

Respected Sir/Madam

We booked two parcels (EP[protected]IN on 16.03.21 and CP[protected]IN on 19.03.21) with India Post to be delivered in NZ. Its been almost a month we still have not received our parcels. tracking tools shows that both parcels are still sitting in Delhi.

our family have tried to contact the customer care for the update but had no luck. I have asked the company on facebook and twitter too for the update but did not receive any response.

We paid decent amount of money to the company for the parcels but the service does not meet the standard.

Can you please assist us from here? Can we know where our parcels are exactly and when are we going to receive them?
