India Post — tracking status shows item has been delivered but the recipient did not receive | |
India post took 5 days to deliver a registered post within a 60 km range. The tracking details shows the package has been delivered but the recipient did not receive the post. I lodged a complaint 15 days before but the complaint status is still pending, some reviews says that it will take up to 15 days to resovle but according to the ministry of communication it takes only 24 hours. But still there is no information on the post that i have send. Was this information helpful? | |

I have booked a complaint on 15.12.2018 vide complaint no, [protected] for non receipt of acknowledgement for registered article with Ack due vide RP no.RK [protected]IN dated 27.11.2018 which was delivered on 29.11.2018 as per status in tracking. I requested acknowledgement or proof of delivery. I have done follow up through on line several times. but today I saw in the status of the complaint that the complaint is closed on 21.01.2019, with out attending or no reply to Complainant.
