India Post — transfer of ppf account

Due to my job i have been transferred to hyderabad.in this regard i have been transferred my ppf account no. [protected] (Old no. 10833) from palwancha khammam district to gpo hyderabad on 24.07.2017 but till today it was not been transferred to the above destination from palwancha post office.

When i telephone to palwancha the in charge was telling that wait for two days but it has been completed almost four months now. So please look into this matter and settled the same as soon as possible.

Today I came to know that from post master of palwancha said that the registered post of mine PPF account book and other particulars are misplaced at Bhadrachalam post office.

What is the solution for this and how to get back my total history see how the post office central government is working. So please look into this matter and resolve the same as early as possible.
