My courier from kylie cosmetics which was shipped by usps from california usa has reached india on 31st july 2019. Till date i have not received the courier. Local post office, regional post office, delhi foreign post office i have reached all of them but they are not aware about the package.

I want a refund of my courier if the item is lost from there end else deliver my product and update me the details of delivery
