India Post — unable to track consignment -hyderabad

Was sent on 20th February 2018 to Archana Prabhakar
from MSRIT Post- Bangalore to Himayatnagar-Hyderabad, but on the India Post Website I am unable to track this.
This is an important package.
All I get on the website is this:
Unable to get Consignment Details, Please try after sometime!!!

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by santhoshetty I was able to check the consignment, it was dispatched on 21st to Hyderabad, but hasn't yet reached. Hopefully it will.
