India Post — unable to track driving license

Sir i gave my permanent license - driving test in rto nagole, hyderabad on 19th october, 2019. On checking the dl status online the following detail appears:
Application no: ts009/157598/2019/l
License/ registration no: ts[protected]
Present status: application is approved on 19/10/2019
Card printed: yes
Card printed date: 21/10/2019
Card dispatched yes
Card dispatched date: 22/10/2019
Ems number en[protected]in

However, till now i have not received my driving license (Dl). I request you to help me get my dl document and also let me know if anything needs to be done from my end.
