[Resolved] India Post — unable to track my parcels.

This is the third time when i am facing this problem.
Consignment numbers:- 1) ua[protected]sb
2) ua[protected]sb

This is an important package.
All i get on the website is this:
Unable to get consignment details, please try after sometime!!!

Please give me a status of my parcels as soon as possible.

Now more than one month has been gone and no information is updated on your portal.

No single update have been appear on site. Wah india Post. Such a shameful care done by you.

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
