India Post — Undelivered consignment

My speed Post parcel EE[protected]IN dated 16/12/2016 from Dimapur to Kolkata is not traceable online so I went to Haltu post office Kolkata to inquire and they told me my speed Post consignment is still lying in Dimapur. It is a perishable food stuff for my mother send from Dimapur beloved sister Ms Naomi, so I am very worried. Please look into the matter urgently as the consignment is perishable food item. Thanks
