India Post — vide registered post consignment - rr[protected]in

Hi,

My educational institute birla institute of technology and science pilani, rajasthan has mailed the consignment number - rr[protected]in on[protected] containing my degree certificate. I have been waiting for the consignment to get delivered on my address and it never got delivered. I contacted university team they have confirmed the consignment has already mailed on[protected] and they do not have it with them or it was never got returned to university anytime. I am yet to receive this parcel. It contained my confidential documents, could you please let me know how do i track this and how
