India Post — wes transcript stuck at canada customs for last 12 days

I have send my transcripts to wes through india post on 29/11/2019 and for last 13 days it is stuck at canada customs. Raised complaint with speed post but they refused to intervene stating they can't do anything. Prior to this i have sent documents to wes through dhfl and it was delivered in 4 days. Vast service quality issues.
My speed post consignment #em[protected]in.

Dear Team,

I have ordered an massager for my back and ankle injury. the product cost approx. 5000 today I saw its been kept on hold due to reason "RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U". please let me know the reason for hold. Its not any drone or recording device which is gonna spy on us.
