India Post — when will I get my parcel

My tracking noeq[protected]in still not yet delivered. The status of the tracking consignment shows that the bag has been despatched to nsh dimapur from palam tmo on 13 november 2017. After that there are no update on the whereabouts of the parcel after this. Am i going to even get my parcel or not. I would like you to sincerely look into the matter. India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 10, 2017 Updated by marymartha Are you guys looking into my issue or not. Four days and no reply from you guys whether you are trying to see into the problem Dec 15, 2017 Updated by marymartha No response still now. Did not expect India post to be so slow in looking after the consumer problem.

My son has sent documents from Canada Post to India on 9TH November 2017 but it was not received to me . After tracking I came to know that it reached to Delhi International Mail Centre. That documents are urgently required and it is very important. so please resolve as soon as possible.
