India Post — wrong delivery of article

I sent a registered parcel on 20/04/18 with tracking no ci[protected]in. According to auto status update there was delivered on 26/04/18 but customer said he didn't received the parcel till now. Overall it was wrong delivery i request you please look into this matter seriously or deliver this parcel on right place or sent a pod immediately on this email [protected]@gmail.com
