India Post — wrong pincode, so m.o amount missing

My customer Mrs. Thagam balakrishnan was send the money order Rs.1, 500/- from kerala on 1/8/2018. The EMO No:[protected]. our customer wrote the wrong pin code -600112. So The Amount was not delivery to our address. But somebody signed and the amount. So please check it and contact this no: [protected]
