[Resolved] India Rush / Arnit Retail Pvt. Ltd. — Complaint against order no. Order#[protected] | |||||
India rush is totally fraud company their service very poor every time if i call them their number +91 [protected] call gets busy or switch off I have purchase a lehanga blue colour (Silk zari work blue semi stitched lehenga - l17) in place of blue they send me the red with poor cloth quality. Even i requested to return the money back but they told you can buy another thing and they do not return the money back. As we have send the consignment to the vendor and provide them consignment no. Through trackon courier but they replied that vendor did not received any consignment. Then we mailed the letter from the courier company with stamp receiving and still they did not credited the balance. Now i am very irritated with their service. Even not getting my money back or not getting any replacement. Every time customer service promises that amount will be credited in 2 days. And after 2 days the same issue and shows its not credited. With regular follow-ups and information given with proper proof as required i have submitted each and every thing without any leakage and India rush has bound to resolve the issue. But it take too late to resolve and i never think this poor service of this company. As per my personal view i will never purchase any product from india rush in future.
