Dear Concern, This is to inform you that, on Saturday Dt: 17th July 2015 I have received a call from India Shopping Mart stating ( Sonia )that, my name is shortlisted for the offer mail attached for your reference. and I am asked to purchase amount of Rs:5999/- to avail the attached offer. and accordingly i have ordered the mentioned items 1. Lenovo K3 note worth Rs:8601/- and I have transferred the amount via Standard Charter Credit card on 18th July 2015.I have received a confirmation mail of transferred amount Rs:8601/-. and Again I received a call from India Shopping Mart and the lady confirmed me my order and confirmed me that I got the first price of Rs: 95, 000/- and congratulated me and said Account department will call me. I received a call from Mr. Naresh Meheta- Sr. Manager (91-[protected]) and conveyed me the process and asked me to pay 15500/- for processing and Tax amount. First I refused for the offer and requested him for the purchased items only then he said without this process India Shopping Mart will not release the dispatch. So I asked him to mail me the process and amount then he sent me the same over mail. Mr. Naresh told me after payment it will take only 4HRs to complete the process and amount of Rs 1, 10, 000 will be transferred to my account. so accordingly I believed Mr. Naresh Meheta's words and transferred the money as TAX INR 15, 500/- told to wait up to 6 PM and amount and delivery status will be updated to me through mail. I have trying since then till time but I have not received neither the dispatch detail nor INR 15, 500/- transferred amount receipt. Since evening all mobile no are switched off. After so many call finally Mr. Kunal Bharadwaj from India shopping Marts have received my phone and he explain one more condition that I need to pay more 18, 500/- to avail this case price offer. I told him that I don't need any cash price please handover my Lenovo K3 TAB& My INR 15, 500/- . He told me you have to play 18, 500/- then only you will get your Lenove K3 note. I am not satisfy with Mr. Kunal conversation then Mr. Anurag Agarwal ( [protected] ) Head of India Shopping Mart come in picture and told me if you don't pay INR 18, 500/- you will not get your Lenovo K3 Note or not get your price money INR 1, 10, 000 or INR 15, 500/- I told Mr. Anurag that I don't need any price money please refund my INR 15, 500/- .Mr. Anurag denied to give my refund INR 15, 500/- money.
