Hi... My father got an sms based on which he received a call from a group called Baggit India (http://www.bagittoday.com/). They claim to be a group of India Today. He was unwell and placed order for a (bogus) product by mistake.

I booked three holiday packages worth Rs 5999/- each which entitled me for a free 32 inch LCD TV as well. Once i placed the order i received confirmation calls from the call center which again confirmed my entitlement to holiday vouchers . i received the booking vouchers but could not book the holidays as the online booking from the site was not responding. Neither did i receive the LCD TV which was promised to be delivered within a week....

M.no- [protected],a bagittoday representative on 25 JULY 2012.
He told me that you been selected in lucky draw of samsung LED TV 42 inches, but for that you to do a deal with us. You have to purchase 2 holiday package of worth Rs.11996 and we will send you the TV with in 7 days. So i purchased the holiday package online from bagittoday.com and on...

Hope that you have fully scrutinized my request since it dates back to 21st September 2012 & that you are reverting on 4th October 2012 that you are unable to cancel the order since it was in process. You have also mentioned the dispatch details on 30th September 2012 which also as per my knowledge falls after 22nd September 2012, day when you have reverted that the order is out of stock & that you have forwarded my query to the operations...

I was cheated by Bag it today telecaller. I had registered complaints many times which was not able to solve by them.
Firstly I was cheated by looting my bank account by collecting my card details. I asked many times why i should disclose my card details. Then he told that its for verifying card validity. Then i found my account balance reduced for an order which i did'nt agree to pay.
Then i recieved verification...

The company bag it today has given me false commitment of free gifts on booking of holiday package from this company, later on they have denied to send me the free gifts, i had made payment through net banking, but all officials are not respond properly. I want that this type of company should be banned and all this type of activities should be banned in india....

I have purchased a travel package from India Today Book Club, Booking ID being [protected] 0n 24/08/12. I was promised for a free gift on providing 20 referrals which was provided and i was was told about the process and again promised that the gift will be delivered soon by Mr. Sachin.
