India Today Group — NOT GETTING MONEY TODAY, EVEN AFTER A SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE YEAR

I have subscribed for money today, online, and started receiving the magazine, but only for just one month (October, 2014) Waited for two full months for the next issue, without any use. Then i mailed to India Today and got this response : Dear Mr. Unikrishnan, This response is with reference to your e-mail in regards to non-receipt of magzines. Please accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you due to the non receipt of your magazines. We have taken a note of your grievance and will strongly take up the matter with the Postal authorities. We are sending you the replacement copy of the missed issue for the month of November’14 and December’14 which shall be delivered to you within 7-8 working days. Please confirm the receipt of the same. Hope you shall bear with us in the interim. Please feel free to get back to us at[protected]/[protected] for further assistance/clarifications. THAT MEANS STARTING FROM OCTOBER, 2014 ONWARDS I GOT ONLY 3 MAGAZINES.I HAVE PAID FOR 12 MONTHS. Kindly help.
