I have a registered email account with email service of india.com with [protected]@india.com as my email address for over 12 years now.in between i forgot password and also could access the alternate email address account.

I have written to the support of mail. India.com they responded asking some questions to which i replied but later on no response from their support team.
I have used the same email address for some of the online services and i am not able to change the email address their without access of this account.

Sir, i have a fraud of websites of hr. Onlinerecruites. India.com. For asking to job in airport authority of india but they want money to procedure the same they take first 2500 as a registration then again asking for uniform, room agreement, face to face interview. Etc procedure taking cost of 330000 which i had paid but then they want another money to complete the procedure. I request for refund but they tell me first you have to pay at the anount of rs 120000 to complete the procedure. Name of the concern person: karan agarwal contact no : [protected]/[protected]. I submitted a complaint via their Help Support team but there were no reply even after a week. Saw other users in other forums experiencing the same situation, hopefully my account can be retreived back with the help of this Complaint platform. Updated by Mohamad Shah Rizal I was an active india email user back in 2015.

After 3 years, i tried logging into my account and was notified that it has been locked!

I have submitted several help requests via the help support mail and am still waiting for a reply.

My experience with india email has been a pleasant one, until this incident.

I am waiting for a positive response by the help support team and is now waiting for the unlocking of my account : [protected]@india.com
