[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Cancellation of home loan

I would like to cancel home loan which was taken in the year 2017. It was a under construction of Vijay Raja Ideal homes at Gudapakkam near Thirumazhsai. I'm praying pre emi till now for which I haven't taken possession of my flat. I have informed the builder through emails, calls for more than 2 years for cancellation but they're not bothered and now they are asking me to pay late fees, interests, etc, in total 5 to 6 lakhs from my side. 90% home loan and 10% from me. I have paid 10% from my side at the time of registration. No proper communication from either builder ir bank for the payment. In fact I have called and informed about the cancellation of my flat. No job last year due to covid, still no job, had a huge responsibility to save my daughter who is just 2 years old from Liver transplant. I have given part of my liver to my daughter. Liver transplant costs 30 lakhs in total. From this I have spent more than 6 lakhs for post transplant. Who will bare this? I'm slowly recovering from my health. Need to look for a good job which stabilise my income. I want to cancel the home loan by considering the situation which I'm undergoing. Kindly do the needful.
