I did 42999 Rs. transaction on Amazon via Dhani pay account on 8 September 2021. Today almost 10 working days over and still dhani did not credited my money i also tried to contact them but their customer service is very poor they do not pick up the call. Now pls help me in this matter because i saw many peoples review about dhani their money also stucked and dhani not refunded anybody's money and take some hard action against dhani pls.br...

I referred 3 friends having their registered numbers are

they clicked on the referral link and downloaded the app they were not registered with dhani app before
they created the account on dhani app and paid for subscription dhani one freedom credit 499 rs two friends and mukul sharma got limit of 5000 so he paid 249 rs everyone...

I have an ongoing Dhani one freedom limit of 10000 which was increased to 25000 on date 19/09/2021 but from the last 1 month I m unable to use my limit as it is showing inactive daily limit. I have called & mailed to their customer support several times but they are useless. They don't have any idea about this. Look into this and resolve ASAP....

I had subscription of 499 on 1 September, i paid my first emi due still your dhani executive calling me early in the morning at 8 am and they are telling me that i have due on my loan, and the most disgusting thing is dhani inactive my daily credit limit,
I mailed in your system 5 times, i called your customer care more than 10 times still my problem has no resolution, this is disgusting service i ever had if you can't give service...

Hello, I did a transaction on Flipkart yesterday i.e 18 Sept 21 of Rs 813 using dhani cashback card. However, due to some reason I cancelled my flipkart order and it showed refund completed. But the balance was not credited in my dhani wallet. I request you to help me getting the balance back....

I want to know the status of my complaint and please let me know why I am being charged 299 each month as a subscription fee when I have not utilized your service since june. please waive off the subscription charge and deduct the extra amount paid and give me the bill so i can close the account with you....

I am Hussain Sadak from Mumbai, someone called me from dhani finance and giemven me the opportunity to work with them for selling financial product. I am very excited to here that. I send all my kysc to them after submitting they are send me loan application form/ ROI and other financial product that I have work for like Group loan, personal loan, business loan, education loan, pay slip loan, home loan Loan against property.

The company promises that the subscription can be cancelled at any moment but the application has no such option. Tried calling their customer care number but it just goes round and round in the IVR and is not yielding any result....

I have canceled one order on the 25th of Aug order number: EP3WJzps but the refund is not yet provided till now.

I have made several complaints on the same and the complaints are getting closed without any intimation or refund. I have tried contacting through Facebook, insta, chat, calls done everything.

Yesterday i have transfer my amount of rupees 5137 and of rupees 700 from my dhani wallet to my bank account the amount has been debitted from my wallet and not credited my bank account yet please recover my both amount and get it back to my bank acount as all details given below

Respected sir.this is complaint against indiabull dhani freedom card. I have taken membership of dhani card.they send me free card that is not activated on my app so its blocked on 27th may i have pay60 rupee postage fee.after wating 7 days i have complaint to support @ dhani.com.they send me closer mail.then i have send to [protected]@dhani.com.same they closed my mail.After that i have mail to nodal officer.they send me fake consginment...

I have now again paid the subscription fees and still my dhani one freedom card is in active. Previously i have one on complaint but no one contacted me solve my query. I'm stl not able to use my dhani one freedom card. Look into this you thieves. You frauds took my money... Mobile no. [protected]...

I have done transfer of Rs 10000 to my bank account from my dhani pay wallet yesterday in banking hours nearly done in the morning but not credited to my beneficiary account till now...

I have a refund pending from 23rd August and it is not processed yet i have mailed regarding the same but till date i haven't received my refund yet....

I ordered online at Amazon and then cancel the order, but after 18 days, I didn't get refund. Amazon processed the refund reference no #euo086.
But I didn't get this amount in my wallet....

I have paid all my amount then also it shows EMI Overdue.

Even I couldn't contact dhani customer service executive and am not able to make the payment in dhani App.

App is not working any of my device even I tried with my friend device also.

Payment delay because of your server issue. Even I tried through web login their also your web page not responding.

Sir, Today morning I have used my dhani card to pay my house rent of Rs 2497 from phone pe but the transaction failed and money also debited from my dhani card limit. It has not transferred to the bank account. But in dhani transaction it has been showing that the money has been credited to prepaid account but it is not showing in my wallet. It's asking me to pay the three instalment for that money. I kindly request you to solve the problem....
