Hi Team,

My self Murari Pandey and my registered dhani mobile number is: [protected]

I am writing this to bring into your concern that on 12/01/2022, a transaction of 3500 was debited from my account having transaction is PSPCL(Punjab state power corporation Ltd.) . I beg to inform you that this transaction was not carried out by me in any physical or online form. I am quite surprised to mention that this might be a fraudulent transaction. dhani did not credited my money i also tried to contact them but their customer service is very poor they do not pick up the call.

I block my dhani card and I cancel my dhani subscription. But amount added every month in my pending amount. Customer care executive call daily minimum 3 times from last 1 month. I tell me it is under process matter. But customer care executive not listen my words & calling different number

We dont want this type of Digital India where Our Hard earned money gone into hell.

Every time I called a customer care number of indiabulls dhani they told me “u will get refund within 2 working days. And the amount will be credited to your Dhani Pay wallet money of which u made transaction”.

Till now i didn’t get any amount refund into my Dhani Pay wallet money .I also shared all details to their customer care email id of indiabulls dhani .

please help me refund the money immediately.
