i am not using any service from dhani and now showing 589 RS dues in app ..which link was not clickable into app but support gave me manual payment link..i have paid 596RS that amount too ..still not marked paid into and not deleted my account from dhani..i want my dhani account delete from dhani ..

i m trying to delete my account from more than 1 month sent like more than 15 emails and they don't do anything..and they response in email here and their but not delete account
also their is no cancellation option into app and they ask me to cancel their..bewkoof..everyting is cancelled
and they add monthly subscrition charges 590RS for nothing..its just robbery by dhani company

in my whole life never seen such a worst comany who does not have any support proper and in the name of dhani app .keep charging and does not close dhani app and delete account .even all money paid and sent many email to do it...also their is no option to contact its company higher person who is responsbile for this
i urge to indian government to take action against this company .

    My name is ashish Singh and my registered mobile number is [protected] with dhani higher amount of rs 75000 is showing in my dhani app and saying clear dues of rs 12346 i have cleared all the dues but higher amount is not credited even my daily limit is showing nil in the app my current limit is 50000rs i have visited dhani office two times nobody is helping me there customer care is also making fool of me pls help me

        So today i use dhani freedom card for RS616 to an app called simpl. After the transaction is completed the due amount that i have to pay should be 167 Rs because i added 116 rs to my wallet and use 500rs from dhani for the transaction but it is showing that my due payment is 2488 rs which is the amount that i have to pay in the next 2 months on different days because my due payment for this month is paid but it is showing the amount that i have to pay next month. So i need an immediate solution because this thing completely different from what is written about the app and dhani helpline no is not working too. So please provide an immediate response to my problem.

        I have paid my dues which i hava to pay in the next month but this thing is still unacceptable and not ethical.So i hope this will not happen in future or else people like me will have to stop using dhani and its services.

          Hi Team,

          Someone has taken a 10000 loan or wallet on my name from your dhani app by using my pan or aadhar with the wrong mobile number. It is a fraud and I haven't applied or taken anything like this. Now loan recovery agents are coming to my home. I have already spoken with a consumer court agent, they said first I need to complain to Indiabulls then they can take any action.

          Below are details I have taken from the recovery agent.

            Dhani one freedom card is total scam. company giving this card with 3 emi facilities and charging monthly subscription fees, but when we use some amount they force to pay total outstanding. how is this possible i don't know is this joke? we are enjoying times of new india and some peolple like this ivl finance ltd or indiabulls cheating indian middle class people openly. i am requesting to stop immidely this scam and arrest company's promoters with charge of herrasing people. i have already raised complain to reserve bank of india.

              Hello, my name is Rohan Tadavi. First of all Dhani agents who harassed me came to my house took me away from the house and forced me to pay my dues on the spot. Then after so many days and complaints in Dhani customer care, they are not activating the card limit. They told me it will take 48 hours but it's been more than 72 hours and still, it's not done. It's bad this is how customers get ignored by the company but forced to pay bills. Please look into the matter and active my limit as soon as possible. Thank you 🙏

                  I'm in receipt of my card today. I'm trying to activate but unsuccessful despite entering the 12 digit number on the back of my card💳
                  Also my order no.2908209 booked on 13th of March hasn't been delivered to me yet.
                  I've already submitted your complaint for unprofessional conduct.
                  Kindly activate my card at once, refund my dues of my failed delivery straight away or severe legal action would be contemplated. I'm witnessing hundreds of bad reviews here online. You mend your ways or face the judicial music.

                    I have cleared all outstanding amount of dhani one freedom card subscription but still they are not giving me any option to cancel plan of dhani one freedom card subscription. They are only flashing screen that your credit upgrade is in progress but even i want to cancel they are not giving me cancel plan option. Please help me to cancel plan because i am poor i don't want to use it and i can't pay them fees of subscription so please help me to cancel plan of dhani one freedom card.

                            I have never applied for this loan and there was a loan amount of 2500 on my credit report which went over due to 24, 649. Someone used my information and took the loan. Please close this account and rectify the error, else I'm filing a complaint with RBI ombudsman. The loan account number is CL24177918.

                              Hi,

                              I made the entire payment Via link shared by you support team on 8th March tiwards subscription fee for the month of March 2022 for Dhani One freedom credit line. WHY IS IT STILL SHOWING DUE IN THE DHANI APP ?????

                              Please update the payment of 1651 towards the subscription fee for the One freedom credit line for the month of March 2022 IMMEDIATELY, as I do not want any further trouble or any NEGETIVE DPD or late payment report in CIBIL, Experian or any other credit bureau.

                              I made this subscription payment on the 8th of March 2022 so that it is credited towards the one freedom subscription fee on or before the due date so NO LATE PAYMENT fee is charged or NO late payment is reported in CIBIL, SO WHY IS IT Still SHOWING SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT DUE IN THE Dhani APP ??.

                              This payment was made through the Razorpay link shared in my email by your support team, as the wallet limit got exhausted for the month of March 2022 !!

                              Kindly immediately & Urgently Update the payment of 1651 towards which I already paid on 8th March 2022 for one freedom subscription fee for March 2022. - SCREENSHOT of PAYMENT PROOF ATTACHED ALONG WITH PAYMENT ID.

                              The subscription due of 1651 is still showing, in spite of sending several email, reminders & screenshot with proof of payment made via the Dhani Razorpay link on the 8th of March !! Today is the 21st of March & you still have NOT updated the payment !! This is Unacceptable !!

                              This BETTER does NOT gets reported in CIBIL or any other credit bureau as late payment else I am going to RBI and other legal authorities.

                              Previously also the same thing happened & you guys messed my CIBIL, EXPERIAN & other credit bureaus up by wrongly reporting late payments there which brought down my score unjustified !!

                              I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I CAN WITHIN MY CAPABILITIES INCLUDING MAKING PAYMENT 8 DAYS BEFORE DUE DATE FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION & YOU GUYS HAVE JUST BEEN BUYING TIME WITHOUT GETTING THIS AMOUNT CREDITED & ADJUSTED AGAINST THE PENDING SUBSCRIPTION DUES !! WHY ????

                                  I have no pending dues in my Dhani freedom card.but still they have entered a fake report in my cibil which affected my cibil score very vadly.
                                  Talked to many executives and mailed multiple times..
                                  No resolution given to me.

                                    Urgent solution required to closure of my account

                                    It is disgusting and disappointing to understand that india bulls dhani are fooling common people in the name of interest fee loan., subscription and exorbitantly high late payment fees which is not desirable to a common people.

                                    I have been repeatedly conveyed my issues in this platform and india bull concerns are not bothered to resolve the issue instead busy in collecting money illegally by charging high LATE PAYMENT FEES/SUBSCRIPTIONS...

                                    Hi my self shwetha I have dhani one freedom card as I activated subscription of one freedom card and I used for one month and I forgot to pay subscription fees if we use r not we need to pay subscription fees as I seen 15000 needs to pay for subscription so I paid 15000 but dey dint updated in app if called customer care they told it will take 48 hours but no use again I paid 1500 for nxt month subscription again same not updated now they are telling to pay Rs 18000 I contacted them but no proper response plz look into it solve the issue am ready to close all accounts from that dhani people

                                    As I complained I have paid dhani one freedom subscription fees of 16500 but it's not updated I mailed your support team but no use now it's telling to pay 18000 what is this what about the amount I paid without using I paid 16500 I call your customer care they are telling within 24 to 48 it's going to clear but from 1 month same and now asking 18000 weather update the payment are solve the issue or else close my dhani one freedom card because I cleared all the dues of it thank you

                                      My money got deducted on 11th of Feb and i have been told multiples of lies from customer support that you will get your money back first one told me that you will get your refund within 10 working days and when I called them after 10 working days they started fooling me each and every time they tell that sir you will get your refund within 24hrs but it's been 33days now and i totally frustrated with this dhani customer support and this worst and blood sucking complant.kindly take serious action against this company because after giving all the details bank statement bank reference number they customer support are trained to fool people.i have all the recording and mails which I had it from them
