This is to bring to kind notice that i have applied for a loan in indiabulls dhani 06 Nov 2023 wrt whatsapp message. They informed me that i have been sanctioned a loan of Rs 60000. As i am looking for loan to pay my daughter's fees i thought i will go for loan i accepted and submitted aadhar and pan card and account details. they told me that for getting loan you have to pay Rs 1250 towards Regn Fees for which i denied but the executive convinced me to pay you will get the loan online within minutes. so, i paid but again they said that the system is not accepting without insurance so you have to pay Rs 5499 towards insurance amount but i told i cant afford i will cancel my loan in this point they threatened me that if you drop now, you have to pay emi from next MONTH whether you get the loan or not and your cibil score will be spoiled and again the service executive said this is the last payment you will definitely get the loan of Rs 60000.They asked me to pay Rs 8650 towards TDS. They said they are transferring amount be online so that you can confirmed the same. after 1 minute they said system has not allowed them until you pay services and taxes of Rs 8650 and they said you will get refund of those amount along with the loan amount i resisted them but vain. I realised this is fraud and I denied to pay. After that one month they send me a message Rs 8650 will be presented for clearance and if failed FIR will be lodged against me. I told I wont pay any amount do whatever you want. This causes mental agony and disturbance already lost 16399 and now I got this new tension.
