According to extra deduction of money.
I have an emi of 73rs per month which I pay every month. I didn't opt for any membership and offers but dhani activated premium membership and deducted money from my account. They deducted extra money every month without notice. No customer support from their end. Name Dibyang Tripathi.. customer I'd [protected]. Contact no. [protected]

Regarding Dhani one freedom card
I used Dhani one freedom card having a limit of 10000 and transactions limit of Rs 1000 per day. In their conditions there is no mention of processing charges but when I used RS 924.they added RS. 150 as processing charges and instalment in 3.months in addition to RS 300 as monthly charges. It means for using RS. 10000 a customer will have to pay RS. 1500 as processing charges and 900 as monthly charges for three months. They have not mentioned about the processing charges of Rs 150 for RS. 1000. This they are cheating the customerz

Go to consumer forum, indiabulls is not going to resolve your problem, they have made this app to fraud with consumers, they will deduct monthly subscription even you use this or not

Excess amount debited from my account and I want to cancel my subscription of one freedom plan
I want to cancel my one freedom plan with and also cancel my monthly subscription from dhani .. As extra money has been debuted with any reason nor i have taken any loan or my credit line is not used . The amount was more the the monthly plan ..Now i want to cancel it as i am unable to maintain it and due to extra chargs without any prior reasons ...So kindly pleaseproccede it and cancel my subscription as there is no customer support from the team and the app is not showing the cancel option for unsubscribing .Kindly look forward and cancel it i don't have any ongoing loans and no credit line have been used till date ..

Dhani cash deducted without permission
Hi I am Sushant Langu & my Dhani cash was debited on 23rd Jan 2021 without my permission & reason stated was against Non realisation of EMI payment.
My Interest repayment schedule will start from 5th Feb & total principal amount has to be paid with my last Instalment which is on 5th Jan 2022 as per Dhani repayment schedule
There is no such EMI & for the same I have also shared mail with Dhani customer care .
I called Dhani customer care also but couldn’t get any satisfactory resolution

100 deducting every month without any prior intimation
I have taken a loan in September 2020 and I am paying an EMI (interest) of ₹ 513 every month on 5th. But, this Dhani is deducting ₹ 100 in addition without any intimation and I am facing bounce charges by the bank. Nobody is available to answer my phone and when I e-mail, the support team sends documents saying that they are deducting the money as membership fee from my bank as per the rules, in which there is nowhere written that ₹ 100 will be deducted every month. I am going to complain to Banking Ombudsman regarding this cheap cheating trick.

Misused of mandate, unnecessary deduction
I have used credit line of just 2250(including all charges), due date of EMI payment(Rs52) is 5th February, 2021. But on 16th of January dhani deducted Rs130 from my registered bank account. Look into this matter and refund my money, otherwise I will have to cancel my mandate for dhani. I tried mailing dhani but my mail failed to deliver as dhani mailbox is already full of consumer complaints(May be). Most importantly do this ASAP, I may file complain against you in consumer court. Thanks in advance.

My Running loan Account disabled without any notice.

I have taken loan from Dhani, But sudden without any notice they have disabled my account. Now i cannot see my account and remaining EMIs. I complain about this to there customer care, They replied that this is automated and can not enable my account.

First of all I tried to contact Dhani customer support over the call and email multiple times from several days but no reply.
I have taken a loan of 10, 000/- from dhani app and I paid month EmI ie Rs 291/- on due date 05/11/2020. But the EmI paid details are not updated in app yet and they have leveid 472/- as EmI over due charges.
Please look the attachment and kindly resolve my issue at the earliest basis.

Dhani calling about paid emi again and again

Rakesh jangir here. I got loan 6000 from india bulls # one. Disbursed amount is 5343. Rest amount labeled as fraud. This one is first of fraud and i diabulls says it's intrest free loan.
Second thing is that i already paid all emi, but executives calling me again and again to pay that amount. Applying bouncing g charges since last 6 months. And also bouncing my emi abey month also. And the collection department using threatening language to me. Its really pore service.
Requested to all the customers that don't get loan india bulls dhani it's fraud compny or bank.

Wrongly deducted my ecs
My account was debited through ecs for amount 3495 on dated 27.08.2020, which was not my ecs. After that i had make complai to indiabulls dhani regarding same but lastly i got response that it was not deucted ecs but it was bank charge which is deducted by my bank. But it was clearly mention in transaction it was ecs debited by indiabulls dhani. And my bank saying it was ecs only not bank charge.
I'm already running short of funds in current situation and now unable to get proper response from both company ( corporation bank & indiabulls dhani).

My dhani cash should have been credited to my wallet last month but it keep on debiting, and customer support did not pick phone whenever i try even i have waited so long. I don't know what to do with your worst services pls update my account properly and refund my dhani cash and pls creadeted to it in my dhani wallet.
And whenever i try to see my loan statement it showing error and i am not even able to see my load installment status since last 2-3 month
Pls. Improve your services.

Incorrect charge 2360rs
I have paid the emi before due date, on 30th of april, 2020 1:22 pm using dhanipay wallet application.
Even though i paid the emi before due date but still my hdfc bank account was hit by indiabulls two times on 5th of may, 2020 and 13th of may, 2020 which incurred a total of approximately 2360/- (Inr) from my hdfc account, as emi bouncing charges. Because after the emi payment in my bank account not have sufficient funds.
Because of the indiabulls system not working properly i had to bear this loss.
Even after paying the emi i got many calls from the customer care asking for the payment.
Below are the points on which i will move to the court, if my issue is not resolved asap.
1. Even after paying emi before due date, i was called many times by the customer care asking for emi. I have recorded calls.
2. Even after paying emi before due date, my hdfc account was hit two times by indiabulls, due to indiabulls system not working properly. I incurred a loss of total approximately 2360/- (Inr). I want my hard earned money back asap. I have attached my bank statement screen shot and dhani pay wallet statement. Return my money.in this current situation my business is closed but still i paid the emi before due date. And loss my money 2360. Minimum 20mail i sent, but no response.
My two loans number

2- pl[protected] rs 913

Moratorium not accepted by india bulls dhani
I've called your Indiabulls Dhani customer service number everyday as soon as RBI announced the moratorium. Their phone lines are dead. None of the numbers are reachable which are available on your website and Dhani Application.
I have sent an email requesting for EMI deferment or so called moratorium from June to Aug based on the new RBI guidelines. I received an automated response, since then I haven't heard anything from your company.
I not sure what is stopping them from accepting my request or why there is a delay. I received an SMS that my EMI is due, "Your Dhani Loan EMI of Rs.1224 is due on 05-06. Keep balance in a/c for EMI Payment. You can also pay EMI on Dhani App using Dhani Cash. http://1kx.in/VAltxt".
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, I feel Indiabulls Dhani is going against RBI guidelines.
Please accept my moratorium request for June to Aug as announced by our government. I will not get my salary for June or onwards and I am already under a financial burden. Other banks and financial institutes have happily accepted moratorium and are helping thier customers. Why is Indiabulls not doing that?
I am officially informing Indiabulls Dhani that I will not be able to pay the EMI for June and onwards since I will not get my salary. I should not be held responsible for any penalties or late charges.
Indiabulls Dhani will be held responsible for damage on my credit history if you won't accept my moratorium request.

Thretening me against pay emi after moratorium applied

Today I received call from [protected] Kolkata office thretening me to file police complaint and legal action against my emi pay which is due 10 days only and most strangely after RBI guidelines I have applied moratorium from june 1 to 31st August after even they threatened me to like anything.
I request indiabulls to take against that employee which number I mentioned and urge him to apologize to me and provide necessary action accordingly or else I will take media along with police to thretening me I have all proof.

([protected]@indiabulls.com) and contact to this[protected] /[protected] it is not workable, as per rbi update for previous 3 month and new update for next 3 months totol 6 months till end of august i want moratorium i have drop mail to this team but they continuously send same link which is not workable.
Every month they are sending 2 /3 time cheque to hdfc account [protected].
(Kindly help us to give all my bouncing charges to my account and do my loan for moratorium)
