Indiabulls Dhani — Credit line related complaint

I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 10, 000 which monthly subscription fees is Rs 299 I have clreared their fees on August 31th, 2021 and on the same day they have inactivated my credit line. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Only they call and aske "it will take another 7days" blah blah. But that another 7days didn't come till now. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation. Requesting to active my credit line since I haven't use their service for the existing month. I don't need the service any more. Rs. 897 is pending,
Need immediate action.
