My dhani credit loan no is IDHADEL08913280. I borrowed rs13000 and paid monthly emi of rs 274 for 1.5 years.I got offer from dhani for Rs 10970 to close the loan. I paid that amount on 18 Dec'21 but till now it's not updated in the system and mu loan is also not closed. They are continuously debiting Rs274 and if got bounced then also adding bounce charges in my loan. I also tried customer care and mailed to all the grievance mail id but no one is responding.please check and resolve the issue and also please refund the amount debited after full and final payment is done.
