I paid all my due loan but till is showing in my CIBIL asca NEGATIVE ACCOUNT, I'm send mail to Dhani, Dhani also send NOC, but not update in my CIBIL,

My name is siji, i have availed dhani personal loan, i closed my dhani loan long back but still they deducting from my account as ACH charges, As i gave permission to deduct only the EMI, after i closed my full loan amount, after almost 7 months now they are deducting from my account. i did not give permission for this, please call me [protected] for more details

Dhani is sending threatening sms messages on my mobile number for recovery of dues, i also have my legal fundamental human rights . i have not used their card still they are charging me unnecessarily .i have already replied to them thru email, i am going to lodge a complaint against them for mental physical harassment .
i have already emailed them that i am not going to pay any thing since i have not used their card, thair card is useless and charges are very high and they are not blocking my card and are charging me in a illegal way againsr rbi and nbfc policies .

I contact the regional dhani officer he said after 24 hrs u will get in mail but still not received .. I also tried through mail(to supportdhani) still no use.. I need noc urjent please help me

I ordered on June start of the month and now it's July. I gave one order and the amount deducted 3 time. I called many time for the refund. Every time they are please wait for 48 hours without giving any proper reason.

My total approve limits is 25000 and i used this totally and i repaid[protected] rupees, why showing to unpaid, Now I have to do only Rs 10, 000 pay, remove the extra amount, I can not give
you extra money, only Rs 10, 000 are left yours on your side, That's why I tell you don't take more money from me

I had taken subscription of dhani one freedom card and had availed there services on multiple occasions. However, every now and then they would update their policies to keep Charing you extra for the services. Some time they would cite excuses like the transaction was for adding money to a 3rd party wallet or something whereas the transaction was made through a certain gateway instead.

They have now cancelled the card for which I have paid an additional INR 250 and are also charging me the subscription amount for the last month where they had barred me from using the service. Even if you pay and work accordingly as per their agreed TnCs and everything is in order in the app they would call from personal numbers and harass you to pay the whole amount instead of the 3 EMI facility for which they charge INR 589/month.

Currently my outstanding balance is INR 1854 which includes INR 589 subscription charges which I believe are not fairly charged by dhani as they had barred me from the service. I am willing to pay the amount I have used which sums up to INR 1265but not the subscription amount. I would also question the point of paying INR 250 for the card as now the service is not valid for any of the users.

They would Authorize 3rd party entities to call you and harass you by threatening to come to your home and stuff. On this instance it was by a collection agent by the name Kalyan Jana(on Truecaller) calling from the number +[protected].

Iam vijay yadav taken loan from dhani and i cleared my loan on march 7th until now in cibil showing not cleared and active.
I make compliant on april 25th until now no response from dhani.
And every time i called customer care they saying simply 45 days if i say 45 days finish. Wait for some time from 54 days they are playing with me
i sent email to even nodal & grievance every one no response

how many days should i wait i already informed i applied for emergency loan need as quick as possible they say 45 days until now no proper response

should i go for legal action for my concern they are torturing me .

With lots of hope iam complain you madam.

Because my health is not good i am suffering from illness in last 2 months
I sended a Complaint on mail have no any positive response from dhani side

I got a call from dhani executive and asked me to pay 500 so that my daily limit will get increase 2500 and now even my card is not working at petrol pumps or any where then i dont understand how to discontinue this card as its useless keeping such cards which is not useful to me but im paying monthly payments to it ... and more over these people complaint box is not there and these people customer care number never get answer they keep you on hold for hours
had less down my balance limit

I have done several emails regarding unblock my dhani wallet account but no reply has been yet from dhani team. Please provide me a closure link to clear my dues or unblock my dhani wallet account. My registered mobile number is [protected].

Was using dhani one freedom card for the last 5-6 months. I am getting married next year so I applied for a personal loan in my bank but it got rejected mentioning that there is overdue mentioned in my cibil by dhani. I have cleared my dues time to time but I don't know how they have mentioned this is in my cibil report. I have informed the customer care team via call and mail too but I don't see any appropriate resolution to my problem. I really need that loan from my bank.

Please resolve my issue at the earliest and provide me the NOC.

I am pay all EMI amount and call, report dhani customer service to delete my dhani onefreedom card permently .but my credit score app will show in dhani loans pending amount 1142 Rupees...I request to you to how clear and get NOC certificate from dhani loans...

I realized that Dhani is charging exorbitant subscription charges for no reason, the only benefit that they state is that the customer gets additional 2% discount on purchases, when I asked them to save 1200 rupees I need to at least spend Rs.60, 000/ why will anyone spend so much on Dhani every month, hence I requested them to cancel my subscription and every time I request they ask me to clear the balance due and this is going on for the second month now.

I get a minimum of 5 calls every day and I explain everyone the same thing and they have a standard response stating you pay the balance and then subscription gets cancelled, this is outright cheating to the customer, I had raised a request with customer care, where I requested very clearly to cancel the subscription as I paid Rs.825 which was due, however I got a response explaining where at Dhani APP can I reach out to cancel my subscription

I seriously do not understand the reason or utility of paying these subscription charges, this is sheer waste of customer's money without any value addition, there is no bank or any service which charges such huge subscription charges without any value creation

I am reaching out to Dhani through this mode as I need a final resolution by waiving off the subscription charges and getting my issue resolved

From this side. Every payment of dhani payment taker said he will close the dhani loan but they said false information to get their payment after they not receive call
Due to dhani my cibil is going worse pls close my dhani loan immediately otherwise

My account balance is 33+222 rs but dhani app call me 1708.63 rs my account deactivated 01/04/2022 but per month add is my account deactivate add money why please suggest .
