Unnecessary charges without use of dhani card and calls
Sir without use of dhani card they are calling for dues and making pressure. first time i have paid 499 rupees. after that i had already call for close this card but they are calling for dues. i am in very disjointed for this behavior of company and i am very harass. pls help me

ab bhi mere pass calls aa rahe hai jabki maine kabhi ye card use nahi kiya aur aate hi is card ko block karne ke liye maine cutomer care ko keh diya tha mere 499 rupay bhi le liye aur dues khade kar rahe hai main bahut harass hu.

My dhani credit loan no is IDHADEL08913280. I borrowed rs13000 and paid monthly emi of rs 274 for 1.5 years.I got offer from dhani for Rs 10970 to close the loan. I paid that amount on 18 Dec'21 but till now it's not updated in the system and mu loan is also not closed. They are continuously debiting Rs274 and if got bounced then also adding bounce charges in my loan. I also tried customer care and mailed to all the grievance mail id but...

Unwanted charge
Hello i already said that i have issues in my account i already paid my fist due then also its add in my account to pay it please see i total amount that i used is 15000 and the first dues i always paid then it have remained 10000 but its shows 15000 please give me the statement and the certificate of this charge you add on my loan . I don't know way you are not giving me detail by the pdf form, i am waiting and please check it out i Don't want to use this app and please detect my future emi amount that you added on my loan and give me proper settlement . I have to pay and close this app

Contacting me even after forclosure of loan
Last month was my last month to forclosure which i took in dhani creditline, it was 31000, but dhani took only 20k from my account after this on feb 4th someone from dhani called me said there is a offer today that if i pay 9k they ll forclose my credit line loan, so i paid now this people r conatcing me 2-3 times (different people) and asking me remaining amount to pay, this [censored] company dont even have a database to maintain? gov should ban this scammer company,

I was paid all pending payments but don't deactivate dhani freedom card
I was paid dhani freedom card monthly subscription dues on 01/12/2021 2000/- Total dues paid . Even that card is inactive after that they charged 200 /- monthly. I was call customer care so many time they don't solve . Today also I paid 400/- monthly subscription dues. Drinking the blood of poor people. Do you have humanity or not. Misusing of my funds regarding personal loan

Good evening Sir,
My name is N.Chandrasekhar from YSR District. Andhra Pradesh.
I contacted Dhani Indiabulls online for a personal loan of Rs.1, 50, 000/- on 22.01.2022 and Sri Yaswanth Reddy ([protected]) from Hyderabad from Kukatpalli Branch, phoned to me from Dhani Indiabulls and we received your loan request. Pls send your Aadhar, PAN, Bank Account Passbook & Photo, we will verify them and you will be eligible? Or not? Was told to say.
Later I, Aadhar, PAN, Bank Account Passbook & Photo related to me were all put in Whatsapp form for them. Sri Yaswanth Reddy sent me a LOAN APPROVAL LETTER on 22.01.2022 saying that you will be eligible to see them. (LOAN APPROVAL LETTER was added).
In that LOAN APPROVAL LETTER, you have a loan sanction of Rs.1, 50, 000/-, you have to pay Rs. You were told that you would be granted a loan of Rs.1, 50, 000/- as soon as the amount is paid.
After that I had no money or I did not pay. Back on 09.02.2022 Sri Yaswanth Reddy called me pay an insurance amount of Rs.4250/-. Saying that you will get loan sanction in an hour ... Rs.4250/- The following details were sent to pay the insurance amount.

Later, a message was sent via mail saying "Ac XXXXXXXXXX4865 is credited with 1, 50, 000. Is transfer successful but due to TDS reason your transaction is hold please pay the TDS TAX Rs.8, 983/- please pay immediately thanks & regarding".
Seeing that, I will not pay any more amount and return the Rs.4250/- I paid. I was told that I was canceling my loan.
No. No. Pay TDS TAX Ra.8, 983/- After saying that your loan will be sanctioned in 10 minutes and taken into your account, I again sent TDS TAX 8, 983 / - to googlepay: [protected] mentioned above.
Again for an hour, Sri Yaswanth Reddy phoned and said if you pay 18% GST you will not get loan sanction. You were told that if you pay 18% GST your loan will be sanctioned and taken into your account within 10 minutes.
Now I understand that they are cheating me and I will not pay a single penny, I have to pay back the amount of Rs.4250 / - Insurance amount + Rs.8983 / - TDS amount = total Rs.13233 / -. I was told I did not need your loan.
If I call later, the phone will be Sri Yaswanth Reddy's phone SWITCH OFF. There is no response even through Whatsapp
Finally I realized I had been deceived. Please inquire into the above and I request you to give me the total amount of Rs.13233 / - I owed and do me justice. I pray that in the future no one will be deceived like this.

Refund not credited after 40 days
Very bad Service, Refund not credited after 40 days also.
I have tried loading Rs 5, 000 to wallet and it failed.

Please don't get scammed by this app
At first they told me you need to pay subscription fee for 1st month, Dhoni special offer provide you 100% cashback on this subscription fee as I have received many calls again and again at last I have paid 1 month subscription fee of rupees 499. But I have never used any freedom card for any shopping online or offline and the payment of first time customer care executive was on call he also told me that from next month you can only pay subscription if you want to get credit limit or you can only pay your dues without subscription.
But now they are saying you need to pay subscription for all previous months of rupees 4000+.
Kindly help me, cancel the subscription fee and unnecessary calls from the Dhani.

IVF Dhani one freedom card

I was using dhani one freedom card for the last 3-4 months. I am getting married next year so I applied for a personal loan in my bank but it got rejected mentioning that there is overdue mentioned in my cibil by dhani. I have cleared my dues time to time but I don't know how they have mentioned this is in my cibil report. I have informed the customer care team via call and mail too but I don't see any appropriate resolution to my problem. I really need that loan from my bank.
Please resolve my issue at the earliest and provide me the NOC.

Dhani one freedom credit line looting
I and my wife are a customer of Dhani for a long time and myself and those to whom I referred availed the Dhani credit line by paying monthly charges. But after the first transaction they blocked the credit line and only asking to pay the full amount instead of three installments. This way they have cheated mostly all customers and taking monthly charges. Actually if any amount is paid it should reflect immediately but they are doing the same and forcing to pay the full amount which is not as per their conditions.
I sent so many mails and also to the local customer care but no reply or response.
Now I think the public should be made aware that this Dhani is making fool the people and should be reported to RBI. They frighten the customers that they will take legal action but not to afraid as they are the culprits and making fool the customers.

Dhani OneFreedom Card Spam Calls & Harassment

I downloaded the Dhani app in April 2021, and decided to try out the OneFreedom Card which they had recently launched. I went ahead and paid a fee of Rs 499/- which I thought was a one time thing. I got the access to their Freedom Card, although it did not work on any of the websites when I tried to buy anything. It did not even work on the websites that they had advertised it would work on. I gave up trying and let go of the Rs 500 which I had paid for the use of the card, I uninstalled the app later. After a few days, I started getting calls saying that I had a pending subscription amount. I knew I did not take any money from Dhani but I still decided to confirm so I downloaded the app again, saw that the amount that they were charging me was for the FreedomCard subscription which I COULD NOT even use anywhere. If I had been able to use the card anywhere, I would have still paid the fees just to get rid of their calls. I had emailed them on 29th June 2021 regarding the deletion of my account, their support email told me someone would call me regarding the same, and they did. The advisor did call me, and gave me false instructions on how I could delete my account from the app itself which I found out was impossible after the call. I decided to give up and uninstalled the app again. I still kept getting calls but I tried to ignore it. However, recently I am getting almost 8-10 calls a day from Dhani to activate the card, which I politely told them I did not want and also asked them to stop calling me. I have recordings where the advisors have told me that the calls will stop, I even have one call recording where the advisor said the calls wont stop till I activate the card. So basically they were threatening me. I emailed them on [protected]@dhani.com which is basically their complaints department, and even they told me the same thing that I won't be able to delete my account until I pay the subscription fee. The worst part is they have assigned me a Loan Application number, even though I haven't taken a single rupee from them. I have paid Rs 499 for absolutely nothing. I will be checking my Credit Report soon and if they have reported anything to Credit Bureaus then I will definitely go to court with them. This is daylight robbery, and harassment. I have attached screenshots that support my statements. I sincerely hope, Indiabulls looks into this matter and stops all the calls and helps me delete my account on priority.

Unnecessary amount loot
Since last one month, Im getting followup in various emails and requesting them for call back (Because their customer care number never get connected) as they charged unnecessary amount and even after two time penalty payment again (3rd time) they are showing 7 k+ amount in the Dhani app. Some time on EMI day, they didn't deducted the amount (I don't now why) and due to their fault again hey had charged the penalty also, which i have paid too.
One more thing, at the time on line payment, they deducting higher side amount that visible amount in the Dhani app, there is no details of excess amount at all. My registered mobile number is [protected]

My account gets inactive
I was paid my total dues on time. And i have an issue with dhani about my cashback sonnow they are inactive my account because iam asking about my cashback. So dhani cheating the people who innocent. And if any one is question about something they now using to inactive there account. Very fraudest app. They are cheating me to gave me an offer of 100% cashback now after i paid they are careless. I want my cashback immediately at any cost because you are giving the offer to me of 100% cashback.

My query is about my cash back. I was paid total amount because of your Executive saying I have a cashback of 100% and it will be credited with in 15 mints if i pay now. She repeatedly called to me and said you will get 100% cashback surely. If i dnt get she said that you will give complaint on me. Indiabulls dhani forcing to pay for what that I didnt use
Some of the executive called & suggested Dhani freedom card & said he can use it for domestic purposes & need to pay in EMI's only if i m using the card. Now 1 had not used a single rupee & dhani executive are asking to pay amount as subscription just because we activated the card . When we got the first we requested for the cancellation of card via mail & now executive there is a proper procedure to cancel without replying to our cancellation mail. Please look into this on priority. And the way executives speak is very local worse language, very cheap behavior.

Loan Foreclosure regarding
Dear Sir / Mam,
I am bring it you kind notice, I have ForeClosure my loan Amount Paid on 31/12/2021.But Till the date my loan is not closed, I am checked through app there showing in Active, Please take and close it Immediately. ECS are being generated for month of January it was returned and I got message to maintain balance for month of February. I have been charged rs. 295 by bank as ECS was returned.
Note :
1. Till the date ECS collection is going on, this month 05 / 01 / 2022 also debited 295.00 RS for ECS failed charge in my account.
2. Today ( 02 / 02 / 2022 ) you're not updating ( Foreclosure ) I am Register Complaint.
3. You're not taking immediate action I will be Compliant RBI - BANKING OMBUDSMAN SCHEME. This is for your information and Record Purpose.

Dhani damages cibil score falsely.
Dhani demanding full payment before its emi. But had never miss any emi. They are reporting falsely in my cibil. They forcefully and automatically deduct subscription fee. Please do a solution. Its a fraud company. My dhani registered email is [protected]@gmail.com.

I am writing this because because a bad experience from dhani. have been mailing them for the past 1 week for closing my loan account and nobody is ready to give a reply. The call is not getting connected because of that I am not able to call there customer care executive also . So everyone please think before you taking from dhani case Id 25945762

Refund not credited after 20 days also
Very worst expirience from dhani regarding refund.
I tried to Load 5, 000 rupees to Dhani account and it got failed.
It's been more than 20 days and haven't recieved any refund and Payment gateway is not giving me the refund and bank is also not resposible.

Contacted bank, and they haven't recieved any Refund. The amount is credited in Razorpay's upi account. And why you people don't credit back refund amount to the customer?

Hello, I had received a call from a dhani executive that I am getting 100% cashback on my first transaction up to 3500 and I will also get 25% cashback on subscription fees. So accordingly I have paid 700(approx) as subrscription fees and got my 25% cashback. I spend 3100 rupees for the transaction for the same that I was promised for the cashback. But I still not receive any cashback yet. Totally fraud.

Account not closed and NOC not received
My name is Kishor Ganekar and loan account number is IPRMUMO1127890 i have paid my loan and dues and the payment receipt has been provided to support dhani. The executive told us your account will b closed in 4-5 days but it has been more than 12 days our account is still active and we have not received NOC yet.
We are fed up of calling the customer care they are just fooling us. Please do the needful.
