My name is Dipali Bhalerao, and I am from Thane, Maharashtra. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a personal loan I had applied for. They took money from sending fraudulent charges on my email addres for passing the loan they took 50 amount, and they are going to give me my money and loan amount as well
I have made numerous attempts to contact them, but unfortunately, they have not responded to any of my calls, messages, or emails. I am now left in a difficult situation, unsure of how to recover the remaining balance or resolve the issue.
I am deeply disappointed with their lack of professionalism and communication. I hope for a swift resolution and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise on the next steps I should take.
