I used dhani one freedom card and paid all the dues and disabled the card but they did not send report to Experian credit buro to update this and, it is still showing overdue in report for two transaction made on Sep 14, 2021 for 5000 showing due 867 and another transaction made on
Oct 4, 2021, for 10000, showing due 8752 in cibil report.
I need to transfer my home loan to ICICI
But Dhani team is not providing NOC for those overdue loans which was already paid long time back.
They are sending other NOC transactions done on DHANI one freedom card. which are actually not required.
I have been sending emails them for last 1 month and called them 100 of times
Loan numbers are not available anywhere in dhani system as these are not PLs. My home loan transfer is sanctioned in ICICI already and due to Dhani issue unnecessarily paying high home loan emi to my previous bank.
Dhani has very bad system they does not have internal communication between team, no one knows what other has done in any customer's ongoing concern.
Complain ID: 51207935 is not resolved but closed stating that they are happy that issue resolved.
I am fed up with their system. After every call I Think I should have gone for suicide but not should have gone for DHANI. I am very disappointed now.
Help if you can, ask them to provide correct NOC. Attached screen shot of cibil.

      We wanted to end the membership with Dhani, as we were being charged with 289 rupees per month, which summed up to approx 2000 rupees, even on an inactive card and account. But the app didn't give us option to do so.

      We tried contacting online customer care but received no help and then we visited India Bulls- Dhani Office on 16 May, 2022.

      Dhani Office Address - 2nd Floor, Above Uttrakhand Gramin Bank, R.B Towers, Krishna Nagar, Ballupur Road 1, Khasra No. 1281 Mauza Garhi, Pargana Pachhwa Doon, Uttarakhand 248001.

      Landmark - Left side of Hotel Ramada, Chakrata Road, Dehradun.

      We were forced to activate the Dhani OneFreedom Card by the Area Collection Manager Gaurav Madhwal (Contact - +91 [protected]), as they stated we can't close the account on an inactive card. We have paid all dues, but still subscribed to card with recurring charges applied from 1 June, because they activated our subscription. Gaurav has promised that all future charges will be waived off and he is waiting for their internal IT to resolve the issue, but I don't trust them, as we don't have any formal communication over an email, they are denying to give us any complaint number or any email address.

      Attached Payment Receipt received on our email address from Dhani.

      However we still see an option to pay 2000 + 200 addition in the Dhani App, not sure why and the Dhani Team is not helping us.

          Hi,

          There is a overdue amount of Rs. 2835 for a personal loan showing in my CIBIL score which I never took from IVL finance limited as showing in CIBIL. I have already raised a dispute (CDS[protected]) regarding this problem.

          Please take some necessary action against this company as reviews in google are filled with fraud this company is doing for so many years without anyone's intervention.

          I have done the payment on 5th of may and i got revert that it will be refund within 7 to 10 days but still i havent got my refund yet today is a 14th day
          If i haven't got my revert soon i will file a case in consumer court as well ass i will escalate this on social media also

                        I received a message on 4th April that there was transaction done through my Dhani app for some recharge. When I opened I found that 273 rs were used from my wallet for tata sky recharge as a fraudulent activity.
                        I complained to dhani customer care service on the same day but till date there is no response in last 32 days they, said it will take 21 working days to provide solution.

                                I have paid my loans and still its showing active in my CIBIL REPORT.
                                I have been tried reaching customer support by email several times but u have not received any revert or response.

                                  Before 2-3 months ago i have taken an instant loan after 5-7 days i give back all my dues with card fees . after i block my dhani card . then today incidently i opened my app and see that they add my dues of about 3000 . yet they have not tell about dues on email or anything else .
                                  Took an assumption if i can't open app now if i open app after 2-3 years they will add my charges about lakhs rupees .
                                  so dhani hide the policies of itself .
                                  And i am a student only can't earn money . i can't afford that charges from my side .
                                  please make an attention on my thoughts.
                                  Dhani destoys the youth's future and their life .
