        I used facilities for one times after that I was ready to pay installments but dhani services forced to pay subscription fee of ₹235 also with that installment. If I don’t do that it will affect to my cibil score.I have not paid the 2 remaining installments but paid the one. After one installments they added the subscription fee with the installment and fining me accordingly. They also not provided 2% cashback which they promised me while taking the subscription. Please Please help me, they are bullying me by SMS and call saying case gone in loan fraud n all.

            After my Seventh (7th) email requesting for the payment link for ₹1651 I am escalating this complaint here.

            I have called at least 15-20 times on your helpline numbers & dropped 7 emails asking to send me a payment link to clear off the ₹1651 of subscription charge that you have levied on my Dhani account on the month of April 2022 even though dhani has closed my One freedom account arbitrarily.

            I have paid all the future dues on my account in advance, What I supposed to pay in June had become outstanding in April, which I paid in full, then you charged a ₹1651 subscription fee which once again I am willing to pay and get the NOC / NDC for the One Freedom account from dhani but you guys are just not sending me the payment link even after multiple calls & emails requesting the same !!!

            I will NOT pay any further fees or charges if added due to this severe delay in your part sending the payment link to pay the final outstanding of ₹1651 which was charged for the subscription of April 2022, even though you CLOSED my One Freedom account, the starting of April 2022.

            I have made the advance payments in FULL towards the credit line I had used even thought I was not suppose to put that till June 2022, just so make sure NO negative & wrongful late payment report is sent to CIBIL, EXPERIAN CRIF OR EQUIFAX. So make sure NO NEGETIVE DATA or NO LATE PAYMENT IS REPORTED to the credit bureaus / CIC for this lapse from your side.

            PLEASE send the payment link of ₹1651 & send NDC / NOC of my One Freedom account, which Dhani has already closed permanently. No more subscription fees are payable after April as credit line is already closed by the Dhani team & I will also NOT pay any since I have not used your credit line or any of the services as you closed my One Freedom credit account.

            I have PAID in FULL the dues towards the credit line I used that too in advance. This was payable in 3 months but you blocked the account & asked me to pay the entire dues together, arbitrarily & I paid this as well, that too 2 months before the due date, but then you charged another ₹1651 as subscription fee for which you neither sending me the link after multiple request NOR can I pay via dhani app as you blocked me there.

            So send me the final payment link of ₹1651 which you have charged towards the subscription for March-April 2022. Once I paid this, please send the NOC / NDC for the one freedom account.

            I do not want any further trouble with you guys also I do NOT want to further escalate this issue outside Dhani. Hence I am requesting for the final payment link of ₹1651 which is ‘dues now’ in dhani app.

            So send me the payment link for the entire amount of ₹1651 not anything less. I just want to pay this & be over and done.

            IF DHANI IS INTENTIONALLY NOT SENDING THE PAYMENT LINK OF ₹1651 AFTER BLOCKING ME IN DHANI APP JUST TO ADD ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION, FEES, CHARGES OR REPORT ANY NEGATIVE DATA IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF OR EQUIFAX CREDIT BUREAUS, I WILL ESCALATE THIS COMPLAINT FURTHER TO RBI.

            I DO NOT WANT TO COMPLAINT TO RBI CMS, BUT IT SEEMS YOU ARE UNNECESSARILY DRAGGING THIS EVEN AFTER ACCOUNT CLOSURE TO CHARGE ME MORE FEES.

            CALLLLLLLLLL ME & RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY & ON PRIORITY. So SEND PAYMENT LINK & CALL ME.

                Dhani is neither responding over call nor on emails.

                Even after several calls on customer care and sending emails on support and grievance email id..there is no response. I have paid all my dues by foreclosing the accounts and paid subscription fees as well. Dhani is not closing the account and hence its showing active in CIBIL report with 3000 approx outstanding. I am ready to pay this amount also but dhani team is not responding and sending harrasment calls.

                Complaint is still unresolved unless CIBIL report gets corrected.
                Besides, as asked by your colleague Neha to check the status via app only and also due to flaw in your dhani app, Rs. 1592 was showing as "Due NOW" today and hence been cleared by me today just for the sake of saving my CIBIL. Now you said over call that it was not supposed to be paid. This is very confusing. If it was not supposed to be paid then arrange to return me the money back and close my account permanently.

                        I took a dhani freedom card and i used 2500₹ but after that my financial condition is weak and my accounts are frozen by bank so I can’t pay emi on time after that i got a call from dhani recovery agent whos name is KETAN MAKWANA AND YASH DESAI, they scolded me for broke my legs and told me i paid emi otherwise they kidnapped me. They both live in vastral, Ahmedabad, please take action ASAP.

                                    I do NOT understand how many more emails or phone calls do I need to make to Dhani before I am given a resolution on the matter. I have already made 100s of them and all i get is Work In progress ??? WTH ??

                                    1. You have WRONGLY REPORTED PAYMENTS AS LATE for dhani one freedom card with registered phone number [protected] Loan Account Number: CL24457916 IN CIBIL & OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS (EXPERIAN, CRIF HIGHMARK & EQUIFAX) WHICH HAS TRASHED MY SCORE WITHESE BUREAUS.(I have attached the screenshots of report where it shows late payment)

                                    2. THE REASON WHY I DISPUTING THIS REPORTING TO CIBIL AND OTHER BUREAUS IS BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT using UPI but was getting transaction failure issues

                                    3. BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED 2 POINTS INDIABULLS DHANI SHOULD NOT HAVE REPORTED THE PAYMENTS AS LATE IN CIBIL & THIS HAS BEEN DONE WRONGFULLY AND ARBITRARILY.

                                    5. I WANT THESE LATE PAYMENTS REMOVED FROM CIBIL AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS LIKE EXPERIAN AND CRIF IMMEDIATELY FOR THE Loan Account Number: CL24457916

                                    6. KINDLY REFER TO POINT 5, MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE LATE PAYMENT RECORD FROM CIBIL ELSE I AM GOING TO RBI & BANKING OMBUDSMAN.

                                    Hope I have been able to make these explicitly clear to you what is the issue here and asking you to remove the Late payment record from CIBIL for the said Loan Account Number: CL24457916. REMOVE THE LATE PAYMENT, JUST DO NOT UPDATE THE LOAN ACCOUNT PAID OFF AND CLOSED INSTEAD OF REMOVING THE LATE PAYMENT INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE UPLOADED IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS.

                                    Is This Clear enough Now ???? I have attached thescreenshot from experian Experian Report where you can find that Dhani has informed the Loan Account Number: Loan Account Number: CL24457916 as LATE for NO fault of mine since you have NOT been able to collect the payments.

                                        I have taken personal loan from Dhani Loan NO.- IPERKOL01444870// IDHADEL09267518.
                                        Dhani company and recovery agents keep pressing me to pay full amount. I am call recovery agent and company try to
                                        Convince them but they keep harassing. Recovery agent harassed me by calling again and again and 2 agents (pallav halder & Soumodip guha) came to my house and harassed my mother forcing me to pay the full payment.
                                        Loan recovery agent says if you don't pay we will come home and do daily harassment
                                        Sir, plz help me with their recovery agent harassment. if you solve this problem I am thankful to you,
                                        I promise that when I have enough money I will pay my original loan amount.
