I have taken a home loan from indiabulls with interest of 9.55 percent. Then, they have started to increase roi 0.1 percent or 0.05 percent in 2-3 months in my home loan.
But, yesterday, they have suddenly increased 3.1 percent roi in my home loan.
Now, my currently roi of my home loan is 13 percent. Which is more than
Other bank's or finance company's personal loan interest rate.
Indiabulls totally cheating with customers.
They always makes its own low.
I will never suggest to any person to take any type of loan from indiabulls.
Also, now i am going to transfer my home loan from indiabulls to other bank.
And also they increase total month installment also

    I have taken a home loan from indiabulls with interest of 9.45 percent. Then, they have started to increase ROI 0.1 percent or 0.05 percent in 2-3 months in my home loan.
    But, Yesterday, They have suddenly increased 3.1 percent ROI in my home loan.
    Now, my currently ROI of my home loan is 13 percent. Which is more than
    other bank's or finance company's personal loan interest rate.
    Indiabulls totally cheating with customers.
    They always makes its own low.
    I will never suggest to any person to take any type of loan from indiabulls.
    Also, Now I am going to transfer my home loan from indiabulls to other bank.

    Indiabulls denied disbursement of the latest demand from the builder in an existing sanctioned loan. I had to urgently scramble money within 2 days to pay out of my own pocket. This is a horrid experience. No communication or advance notice from the company. Moreover, I don’t even know if they’ll honor further demands.

      1.I have received the home loan from your company.Total loan amount is Rs 16.28L, Two part disbursement has been completed and around Rs 14.00L payment received.Remaining amount nearly Rs 4.00L only.

      2.I have initiated the final tranche request dated on 23.10.18 and also my building construction stage also completed.My Grahabravesam date is 09.11.2018.

      3.But branch team not provide the final disbursement amount/Reason:Due to same management issue /Market crisis.

      4.As because of this i'm suffering with lot of financial issue and mental pressure.

      Please support and help this issue assp.

        I am customer of indiabulls home finance, i have taken home loan for 34lacs, in my last stage of home finish asked to release payment, office told due to share market down we give now wait for 1 week, there after from bank engineer came verified construction site and went after 2 days i got message of disbursed loan amount, but still not got any payment, called to office person mr. Rajendran from porur branch chennai, not attended calls and my messages. Kindly clarify in this regard thanx.

          My home loan I'd HHLPOR00452577 of indiabulls, I got mail, message and in website login that your loan amount disbursed but still in my account money not credited, moreover office customer assistance from porur Chennai branch MR.             My loan account no is hhlvar00447344 sanction loan amount is 13.43l but only around 7 lakhs got disbursed by the balance transfer for rest mount i made my tie beam and exterior wall. And all technicalities has been completed even though i did not get a single penny whenever i called to branch he is reverting by it is under process.
            I can not stop my construction so kindly do the needful and process my file as soon as possible.

              We had applied for a home loan in Indiabulls 2 months back but till date it has not been disbursed but 15 days back we had got the message of loan disbursal and was mentioned loan account number.they are harrassing us like anything, processing fees hasbeen debited agreement was signed last[protected].
              We need proper clarification of such harrassment which we are facing from last 2 months.

                  This is to inform you that i applied for a home loan on september 2018 from ultadanga, kolkata. After verification i got a sanctioned letter of rs 2800000 from your organization. After that i submitted all the documents. But kolkata branch is not ready to disburse the loan. Your office personnel advising me to take loan from other organizations like icici & sbi bank.
                  I want to know why i will not get disbursement after sanctioned. You are totally wasting customer time & money. I am planning to lodge a complain against your company in consumer forum. I am attaching here the sanctioned letter for further consideration.

                    I am rahul sharma and i have a serious complain against your indiabulls home loan collections department. I got a rs.2000000 amount as home loan for buying a flat in supertech golf village project in noida location in nov, 2014. The loan was on a subvension repayment scheme thus i started paying the principal amount starting jan, 2018. Unfrotunately i lost job in that period and since. I have been paying emis regularly (However couldn't pay on exact due date) and my emi payments are clear till sept, 2018. My emi due date is 10th of every month and due to no upfront income currently i arrange money from different limited resources somehow and add it with the interest amount paid to me by property builder supertech every month and send the emi to indiabulls. Since the beginning of the repayment period your collections department harrasses me every single month on calls and today they have informed me that they are coming to my home address and will meet me (Specially a person with the name sanjay from your collections departmet). I am not sure if they want to harass me yet again so i am sending this complaint letter to you. Please take it seriously as i am already cooperating with the bank as much as possible. If no positive action is taken on this complaint then i would have to transfer my loan to another bank. I am in a situation where i am trying to get the things sorted and trying to arrange income options so that i could take care of all your concerns in future so i expect help from you in the form of cooperation with me and that will allow me to get back onto my feet and continue business with ibhfl for a long time, thanks

                      Hi i installed app than it showed me preapproved offer 25000 but after when i submitted document now they are telling we will only disburse amount if you have 5 banks that is icici, sbi, kotak, hdfc and axis rest bank we cannot disburse amount you have to open account in above banks only or else we will do verification at your home.. But it's almost 1 months passed but not a single executive came to collect the documents and they have mentioned 3 min loan but it's totally # please don't install this fake app.

                      I called 100 times but no one's is taking action..

                        Have received loan sanction letter 23rd june 2018 (Reference no: 973654) and based on this, have paid all balance amount of property to builder and have taken dds for registration amount.

                        But till date, indiabulls has not released load amount. Indiabulls said there is no pending docs from my end but still not releasing the loan amount. Manager is always not available at office for discussion / clarification.

                          I wish to bring to your attention a problem which arose due to your staff inefficiency in processing my emi forms to electronic payment.
                          I am writing to you to complain about accountability of your employees in the property which i have taken loan from your bank (Ref above).

                          I have taken from your bank as per ref no. I have submitted electronic forms (Given two times) for automatic deduction from my vijaya bank, msrit branch salary account. Every time different employees from the bank approached me and took cheques in lieu of electronic form mentioning that some problem with my bank. Once your employee met and i requested him to come to vijaya bank, msrit branch. He realised that the mistake was not with our bank

                              I got a homeloan sanctioned in me and my wife's name but at the time of disbursal they asked me to get my company name included just for easy disbursal. But now when i want to foreclose the loan they want foreclosure charges just because of inclusion of company name. My loan was already sanctioned, company name was not required for eligibility, also this company doesnot have a separate pan no. This was not informed to me by them also and was not even mentioned in their sanction letter. This last moment inclusion of company name seems to be a well planned strategy to extort money from clients.

                                With respect to your mail, it is not at all acceptable for us to pay interest @ 10.55%. The rate at which we had started was 8.35% and it has been a year, you have increased it to 10.55%. Therefore if you'll are not able to decrease it to 8.35% then we have to switch the loan to other banks or financial institutions as am not ready to pay such interest.

                                    This is to inform that we have told our bank to stop all ecs payments that are issued to indiabulls housing loan with the reasons stated below.

                                    Loan account number : hlapdmt00316762

                                    As we have been realted with indiabulls for the past many years and have always had a clean account with all emi paid on time. Due to unseen circumstances we have missed 1months payment and had assured your collection department that the funds will be credited to your account as soon as our issue is sorted out. But repeatedly your employes have come to our office and home premises and created scenes in which they have been shouting on top of their voices and also alarmed all my neighbours. (Specially using the haryanvi language)

                                    Even today an employee from your organisation entered our office without permssion and started shouting creating a very unpleasant atmosphere for our working enviroment and even threatened us personally that he will teach me a lesson post my work hours.

                                    He even specified in exact words that he has been told to do so from his boss named mr. Dinesh nandal having phone number [protected].

                                    All the commotion that was created by your employee has been witnessed by all my staff and surrounding offices.

                                    A written complaint is being issued by us for the same.

                                    We are taking this threat very personally and seriously and will be dealt in the same manner.

                                    This is not a way to treat your clients who have been associated with you from such a long time keeping in mind we have an amount exceeding 3cr.

                                    We are informimng you that all payments have been stopped from our end till an apology is sent to us and the same employe should be brought to our office apologizing to what he did. He also stated that he is doing this since 13years and his job is to go to people whose payments have defaulted and to threaten them and create a scene in their premises so they have pressure to pay up.
                                    I am sorry to say these are stupid tactics and you have just triggerd your clients mood. Sending goons for payments is always a bad option and you chose the same. Rather you should have sent an eductaed person who knows how to talk and would have resolved the issue ahnd to hand.

                                    No payment will be issued from our end till we get a written apology from your manager and the employee who had come to our office.

                                    Next visit from anyone from your bank will result in trespassing of our premises and will be duly noted to the issuing authority.

                                    Please take this email very seriously and send you manager and employee with a written apology to the given address.

                                    I am disappointed with IndiaBulls Personal Loan dept. I foreclosed my loan after checking with the customer service team. But the team was still asking for bank statement for proof & also I was assured that next EMI wont be deducted but it got deducted. I am seriously frustrated with your service. No proper assistance received.

                                      Dear indiabulls ivl finance team i was applied for personal amount $11, 500 on 19sep2018 they approved loan responsible representative reach me collect the documents (I. E cheque, adhar, latest bank state and payslip and passport size photo,) with sings on the all documents with cheque also, i was called and mailed to indiabulls customer support team they never respond my calls and mails, on 12oct2018 i got call from indiabulls, they are asking about the document we haven't received the your document till,

                                      They fix appointment and his come and collect my document on 24sep2018 till i didn't get clarification from indiabulls and i was write a mail to them regarding cancel my loan please give me documents even they never replay me and they didn't give me clarification on

                                      If they haven't receive my documents they where it gone...

                                      I am ready to file complaint about they negligence and irresponsibility i need clarification and want my documents

                                      i takeover chq for indiabulls employe and after recived many email from.indiabulls

                                      and after years i reached on khrabao project i see the project situation I m shocked all work is stop and nobody there to ask about the project

                                      after one days i reached indiabulls office and ask about my flat and request to cancel my booking and give my money refund

                                      indiabulls employee told me go and open the vase in court but he never want to give me my money back

                                      indiabulls have a big mouth to eat poor people money bhagwan when give punish like these company i think sameer gehlut make money like these way .hahahahhahahaha

                                        Usey pata tha ki mere pas ab jada din nahi bache hai property purchase karne ke liye isliye chalaki se usne mujhe bola ki le de kar kuchh ho sakta h kuchh paise senior boss ko khilane padenge tabhi apka loan ho payega or 1 lakh ki demand kari. Tabhi mujhe laga ki 1 lakh bhi dub na jaye to yahi maine usko bola but usne mujhe approval later dene ke bad me paise dene ko kaha or bola ki main apko kal evening me approval later dunga to aap mujhe 1 lakh dedena
                                        Or usi din usne mujhe approval later dediya
                                        But maine usey 25k dediye or kaha ki jub aap registry karwa doge tab me apko balance amount dedunga
