IndiaBulls — Dhani one freedom card inactive/unable to activate
I had registered complaint through email and calls more than 20 times, but my issue not yet resolved..
i had paid subscription amount showing on dhani app 1051 rs, still my card is inactive.
I am unable to activate card from my side, when i am trying to activate card i am getting error message on display like pay subscription amount, but i already paid subscription, please check screenshot and details explained below
I am submitting same complaint 20 th time, not yet resolved my issue
dhani one freedom card is inactive for last 3 month, , , All my emi s related to dhani account and dhani one freedom card debited . but my dhani one card is inactive but showing credit limit.., card still inactive, kindly please activate my card
i paid subscription fee 1051 even after pay through dhani app again showing pay subscription fee again, check my attached statement and screenshot kindly please check my details and activate my dhani one freedom card ASAP
i called dhani customer care, every time solution is wait for 2 days, , like that i waited about 3 month, when i send email to customer care, i got reply like we will revert soon, but no change, , waste customer service they have no knowledge of anything, when I call they ask me to mail and there’s no physical address also to go and talk. Total Useless and they are looting my money even when the card is inactive.
Very inappropriate and I’m unable to even cancel the card as I get no option
Please activate my card or cancel all my subscription with Dhani please I beg you.
