As I receive call from Neha behalf Dhani she told me to chek if any lander by name dhani is in your cibil list but that time I haven't seen any and now what I see is this (please find the attached image) i red the many articles these days about how fraud is going in your platform by New Delhi-based cyber crime expert Amit Dubey and so on

By one single loophole in your system and it's used anyone's pan card for instent token loans
Please look into this my cibil score is shattered by this

      They were showing that the limit is now active and I paid the subscription fees as I shared the screenshot even though I waited for a month to activate my freedom card and limit and again after paying the subscription fee they are showing again that request for higher limit is submitted. So again these people are going to waste my 1 month even after taking all the subscription fees?? Why am I facing this issue even after paying all the dues on time and being a genuine customer this is totally a pure Harrasment by indiabulls dhani.

        2 months ago after clearing all my dues i tried to delete my account and now its deleted but on cibil report i saw a account which is continuously impacted my cibil report and this account is from dhani that showing a pending amount of 962 something but now my account is deleted and I'm unable to pay the extra money they charging.I need a proper solution to stop please help me I'm tired of this thing.

          I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 50000 which monthly subscription fees is Rs. 1178 I have clreared their fees on April 04th, 2022 and on the same day they have inactivated my credit line. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation. Requesting to refund my Rs. 1178 since I haven't use their service YET ACTIVATE MY CRIDIT OR REFUND MY MONEY

                I had posted this complaint and they marked it as resolved but no one contacted me and i have NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND.

                This is with regards to a dhani personal loan.

                I've made a payment through Dhani wallet for dhani loan EMI.

                I've paid twice through the wallet. But it didnt reflect in the wallets page and dhani separately charged me the Emi amount through auto debit. Now under transactions, the payments are visible.

                Please find attached the payments done through the wallet rs.1421 and rs. 2789 and dhani charged me the regular monthly emi as well rs. 1469. So I've paid thrice.

                I was informed that I would receive the refund within 3 days (this was on March 12).

                I didnt receive it. So I waited for 5 more days and contacted again.
                This time their response was, "We have shared your concern to the respective team and will get back to you shortly ".

                I didnt receive the refund till date and this has happened last year as well and finally I didnt get my money.

                After that there is no response from them.
                I've contacted them multiple times but no response.

                  IndiaBulls — Dhani one freedom card inactive/unable to activate
                  I had registered complaint through email and calls more than 20 times, but my issue not yet resolved..

                  i had paid subscription amount showing on dhani app 1051 rs, still my card is inactive.

                  I am unable to activate card from my side, when i am trying to activate card i am getting error message on display like pay subscription amount, but i already paid subscription, please check screenshot and details explained below

                  I am submitting same complaint 20 th time, not yet resolved my issue

                  dhani one freedom card is inactive for last 3 month, , , All my emi s related to dhani account and dhani one freedom card debited . but my dhani one card is inactive but showing credit limit.., card still inactive, kindly please activate my card

                  i paid subscription fee 1051 even after pay through dhani app again showing pay subscription fee again, check my attached statement and screenshot kindly please check my details and activate my dhani one freedom card ASAP

                  i called dhani customer care, every time solution is wait for 2 days, , like that i waited about 3 month, when i send email to customer care, i got reply like we will revert soon, but no change, , waste customer service they have no knowledge of anything, when I call they ask me to mail and there’s no physical address also to go and talk. Total Useless and they are looting my money even when the card is inactive.
                  Very inappropriate and I’m unable to even cancel the card as I get no option

                        Yesterday i paid all my dues and even purchased subscription of 50K limit on time, Still my Rupay credit card haven't activated. I reached to customer care for resolve. Instead of resolve my issue they said send your bank statement, PAN Card and Adhaar card to [protected]@dhani.com. I already did full kyc to my account why do you need to document right now? Okay agree with your terms so sent all these document to mail ID but still dhani support team haven''t me reverted back !!
                        I am totally dissatisfies the customer care / support of dhani, They don't resolve your issue on your time demand instead they resolve on their time. I hope @dhani official will help me to activate my credit as soon as possible.

                                My Name is Rahul Ghoshi, Age 21 Years, Present Address - House No. 300, Near Ram Mandir, Anand Nagar Bhopal, From India Bulls Dhani App Using My Aadhar Card (No –[protected] and Pan Card (No DFNPG6071) Dhani's credit card was made without my knowledge and the purchase of Rs 10000 / - has been done through online cards from different places.Just 2 days ago, a dhani agent came from India Bulls Dhani's office at my permanent address 77, Piparwani Tehsil Tendukheda, District Narsinghpur, who told my mother that a loan of Rs 10000/- was going on in my name. Payment has not been made, and my mother was forced to pay it by the agent of India Bulls Dhani, After this I went to Indiabulls Dhani's office located in MP Nagar and took full information about it, then I came to know that on 20th September 2021, Dhani's credit card was made by putting my documents and first 2000 rupees were purchased from him. After that 2000 was paid again, due to which the limit of the card became 10000, after that by doing[protected] in turn, a credit card made in my name, which was given by some unknown person whose mobile number is [protected], which I got from Dhani's office
                                Therefore, it is a humble request to Mr. ji, whatever appropriate action should be taken in this regard.

                                  I had applied for the dhani freedom card, they immediately took Rs 4050/- from my account as I am an existing customer and they have my NACH, and they are still taking money from my account every month and my card was never activated. Tried their useless customer care where they don't care to give you a clarification, tried emailing them still didnt get a clarity. The app keeps asking to activate bank account but whenever I add the details it says my kyc is not there, whereas the app dashboard says full kyc done. Why is Dhani cheating people like this?

                                      Sir iam gyara harish kumar i have a active account on dhani app, one day i was activated for higher credit limit of 50, 000/-, on that on words my account was blocked and i was payed two times subscribtion fee, then also they didn't giving me a limit, i was also done a 6 to 7 phone calls to that dhani customer care busters, they saying only one thing your account is blocked for security reasons, what did i done to blocking my card i was cleard all my dues on time please, register complaint agains dhani or india bulls, my dhani register mobile number is [protected], this is not only one mistack i have faced on that app, so many cheating tricks are playing to suck peoples blood, PLEASE REGISTER COMPLAINT AGAINST DHANI APP, I WAS LOSE 500 OR ABOVE ONLY ON THE NAME OF SUBSCRIBTION WITHOUT GETTING A SINGLE RUPEE OF CREDIT LIMIT
