    Yesterday i got an emergency for money that is why i looked into a indiabulls dhani app and transferred my wallet balance to my bank as an emergency but as usual i haven't recieved any funds into my bank account while its been two days transaction has been done what is point if you are not getting services on time and facing unexpected problems at a time. and this is not for first time that I'm facing such issue with indiabulls they always disappoints me with thier services which is not on time or gets unheard. even they don't reply to any mails or raised complaints.

      I've made a transaction on Amazon using dhani pay and the transaction failed and the Amazon has already refunded and Provided me the RRN which I'll attach below and why do you people at dhani don't refund it immediately. Is it a Scam..? Delaying refunds..Be a customer friendly company and then ask to pay emi's on time after refunding the failed transactions on time.Hope you'll resolve the issue.

        I deactivated this card long back ago without even using its single credit but then also after so many months I logged in after getting multiple calls from customer care that my dues are pending.In app it’s showing 1250 rs dues which is a scam happening around.
        I want my account to get deleted completely.

        Are this going to be carry on and making fool of customers.

          I did wallet to bank transfer on 8th February, amount is 575. Even after 3 days also not reflecting in the bank statement.
          I'm calling to customer care and they are saying to wait till evening. This reply is coming from them daily.
          For checking once again I did 452 rupees transfer on 10th Feb. Even this one also pending. What the hell is going on. If we do transaction on late night they are going to settle in the morning, but, here they are failing. Particularly, if we do transaction after 8 pm they are going to fail in dhani.

            I recently applied for onefreedom card and got a credit limit after that I came to know about its subscription fees and I won't be able to afford it as I have other monthly expenses. I didn't borrowed a single penny from that card all I want is to cancel my plan and I must not be charged with the subscription amount monthly... Please look into the matter as soon as possible I've tried calling the customer care number which they didn't respond to

                  On 31st January ₹500 transaction failed & money wasn't added to dhani wallet but got debited from my account.dhani customer care said that amount will get refunded in 5-7 days but it's been 10 days & still not got ₹500 back.
                  What's this service by dhani not refunding ₹500 or adding to wallet after failed transaction.

                    Sir i was send already all details . My Registered mobile number is [protected].I got a call from dhani on Feb 3rd 2022 at 12:59 pm from the number [protected]. She told me that i have an offer of 100% cash back if i pay the due 7525 on that time. So that she clearly said after payment was done your Cashback is credited to your dhani wallet. So i was done my payment and she called me once again after my payment was done at 2:15 pm. And she said offer was applied to your payment and you will get your Cashback 7525 to your Dhani wallet within 15 mints. Already one week is over but still iam waiting for my cashback and till i am fighting for it. As your genuine company you don't cheat your customera like this I hope. Please credit my cashback as soon as possible.

                      The late payments have still NOT been removed from CIBIL for LOAN ID CL09034947 and the DPD of 43 for October & 73 for November has still NOT been made 0. I downloaded a fresh CIBIL report right now 09.02.2022 & even today after more than 2 months & innumerable assurances the CIBIL has NOT been corrected for loan id CL09034947, the late payments still have NOT been removed & The DPD for October & November has still NOT BEEN made “0”.

                      As already discussed this takes 5 minutes to correct an error in CIBIL once it has been identified & never took this long for any other financial institution to correct an CIBIL error. Can you ask you team to kindly just log in to their portal & remove these late payments & DPD’s of 43 & 73 for October & November and make them “0”. Why this correction has NOT BEEN DONE even after 2 months of constant complaints ?????

                      Do you realise how much of an harassment this is for me & why consequences I am having to bear because of this Wrong & miss appropriate reporting by your team in CIBIL. It did NOT take them this long to wrongfully report the late payments to CIBIL, so why is it taking so long for them to remove the wrongfully reported late payments ?

                      Was I not told & assured that end of the month your team updated CIBIL for everyone so the DPD correction for loan ID CL09034947 have been done for sure !!

                      End of the the month is over & it’s almost middle of another month and the DPD for the month of November & December is 43 & 73 instead of 0.

                      Can you tell me what has been done in these 2 months & why would it take this long for a CIBIL report correction?

                      I am telling you once again that the payments were delayed for loan id CL09034947 as Dhani did NOT collect the repayments on time for the multiple transactions made against this loan id & I has requested via email & phone call multiple times to collect these payments as my dhani wallet limit was exhausted. They never even sent me the payment link for the repayment & absolutely wrongfully reported the payments as late in CIBIL.

                      If you do NOT remove these late payments I will further seek LEGAL ACTION now as I have all proof that payments were delayed because of fallacy & incompetence from your end and not mine.

                      So I am telling you yet again remove the late payments from CIBIL & Correct the DPD section for october & november 2021 to “0”.

                          Hello,
                          My refund of rs 1731(after deducting cashback) from Amazon was to be credited back to my Dhani card by 22th January for the transaction which was done on 9rd January of rs 2031, but Today is 09th February and still the refund has not been credited yet.
                          Also the refund of rs 1044 from Amazon was to be credited back to my Dhani card by 22th January for the transaction which was done on 12rd January of rs 2031, but Today is 09th February and still the refund has not been credited yet.
                          I've contacted Amazon for the same & they have told that they have already refunded the entire amount and also provided me with REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER and asked to contact bank for further claiming of the refund.
                          I contacted Dhani many times for the same but no refund credited till now. They're only saying it will be credited in 7-10 days but still not credited.

                            I have cancelled my order on Myntra on 15 January 2022 and amount was paid by dhani rupay Card not received any refund amount after that till now. After calling many times to
                            dhani coustomer care they always say that your refund amount will credited with in 2 to 3 days. Today it is almost 26 day after order cancelled. And 10 or more time have called coustomer care for help but problem is not getting solved. One more thing that I received email from them that on your refund is credited to your wallet check status but not received any refund. please solve my problem

                              I am customer of Dhani one freedom card, which is totally scam, I can't use my Dhani daily credit limit online as well as offline. When I use it offline shopping the transaction is showing as declined and in online shopping the transaction is showing as failed. I have paid all my dues, Have sent multiple mails as well as call too, still the problem is not solved. I have attached all the screenshots and mail as well. My card is showing as active and the daily credit limit is 25000 but still am not able to use my daily credit limit. Very bad customer support fake promise's, at the very first time they said they are updating their systems so kindly wait for one day, next then they said wait till 48 hours so our tech team will resolve it, even after waiting 48 hours their is no call back or mail too, I give a call and still they give a reason it's an tech issue kindly wait, I don't understand is this people will have a track of customer complaints? I don't think so because every time I have to explain my problem they ask me to wait with different fake reason.

                                  I applied for personal loan in indiabulls, they send sanction letter to for 4 lakhs, and he said pay amount for insurance amount Rs 5000. I paid that amount and again he send mail through RBI tax rules for payment Rs 9500 then i paid again he send mail to me to pay 15500 for dst tax from RBI. know he is saying pay 21500 for sanction of 4 lakh rupees. plz do need full.

                                      Please provide me noc of my aal account linked with above
                                      I have paid all the amount that is remaining in dhani credit card simultaneously in 4 th of January and 7 of January and then
                                      cancelled my plan on 8th of January
                                      Then I have requested you for the statement of card . Dhani team provided me the statement that is not updated.their is nothing that I have paid the dues
                                      And when i connect to customer service they are like we will give the noc in 24 hrs .from 8 th of January to till date I haven't received any noc from the team.
                                      Then on one day I mailed them again for disclosure of my account and noc then they provide me the link of two accounts that I have to pay the 11 and 2 rs of amount as soon as I received it I have paid that too
                                      But still I haven't received any Noc . So please look into it

                                        The company is running scam. User getting subscription fee every month even if we are not using their card. I have due of around 250-350 so i had deactivated the card because of cash shortage. Today i opened the app and found that they asking me for subscription fee repayment even i have not using their card since oct-2021 and now i have due of 1700 around and it is affecting my cibil score since last 3 months. I am so frustrated and i'll go for legal action for them.
