I am customer of Dhani one freedom card, which is totally scam, I can't use my Dhani daily credit limit online as well as offline. When I use it offline shopping the transaction is showing as declined and in online shopping the transaction is showing as failed. I have paid all my dues, Have sent multiple mails as well as call too, still the problem is not solved. I have attached all the screenshots and mail as well. My card is showing as active and the daily credit limit is 25000 but still am not able to use my daily credit limit. Very bad customer support fake promise's, at the very first time they said they are updating their systems so kindly wait for one day, next then they said wait till 48 hours so our tech team will resolve it, even after waiting 48 hours their is no call back or mail too, I give a call and still they give a reason it's an tech issue kindly wait, I don't understand is this people will have a track of customer complaints? I don't think so because every time I have to explain my problem they ask me to wait with different fake reason.
