Dhani has given me a credit line of Rs 25000 by charging a fee of Rs 499 per month. The dues were debited from my account on 5th January but till date it is not updated ie 12th January. Sent several mails but no response. I am unable to use the credit line and also paying monthly charges.

Complaint marked as Resolved Reply received that, they have received the complaint and has shared to the respective team and will get back to you soon.
But nothing is resolved and I am writing email's to Dhani customer care, grievances cell and Nodal officer from 6th January but no response or reply.
