Indiabulls finance team has deducted PreEMIs from my saving account despite of payment made by developer 10 days before and this is second month now, i have intimated multiple time for wrong debit from my saving account, now they are not refunding my money, please help and get the refund back

    It's been more than 10 days
    According to amazon my Rs 599 And Rs 1139 were to be credited on 31/12/21 and 09/01/22 respectively.
    But none of them is credited to my Dhani pay wallet.

        Dhani has given me a credit line of Rs 25000 by charging a fee of Rs 499 per month. The dues were debited from my account on 5th January but till date it is not updated ie 12th January. Sent several mails but no response. I am unable to use the credit line and also paying monthly charges.

        Reply received that, they have received the complaint and has shared to the respective team and will get back to you soon. But nothing is resolved and I am writing email's to Dhani customer care, grievances cell and Nodal officer from 6th January but no response or reply.

          I got personal Loan from Indiabulls of Rs.20000 on 14/06/2007.

          LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER : S[protected]

          After paying some Emi's. I've Foreclosed the loan finally by paying Rs.4000 on 26/12/2008.

          NOC was not given by the staff and they told me that I will receive it only through mail.

          But no mail is received with NOC.

          The issue is the loan account is not closed yet and it is affecting my CIBIL report.

          I had attached Photos of the collection receipt with the staff id number and name along with a screenshot of my cibil report showing the account is still open.

          Executive Name : S.MURUGESAN
          ID NUMBER : TMI / IB /2008 / 4854

          Note : At the same time I had closed with another lender named clixcap(ge money).
          They had properly closed with noc provided.

          Facing issues with indiabulls team and not happy.

          Requesting the team to look into this as soon as possible and make the necessary changes in the cibil.

                Hi Team,

                I am ex employee of Indiabulls Dhani served in 2017-18 for 9months. Recently contacted via mail to [protected]@indiabulls.com had received request to pay 79000rs to get relieving letter. I paid the full amount to the provided account number but since then I haven't received any response from them last they said finance team will confirm the payment then they will release the same. But they are unresponsive now and taken money as well. Need help on this ASAP.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I Manoj Jaiswal, I was using the One Freedom Card - Dhani. I had cleared all my dues and EMI, but was asked to pay Rs. 5000 against rental charges, I had also cleared the amount so that I can use my One Freedom Card again but despite of clearing all my dues of Dhani One Freedom Card I am unable to acess the card again.

                  I would kindly request you to please activate my Dhani Card so that I can use and repay again.

                  I had also given on review on Play Store too about my worst experience. "Worst experience, despite of clearing all my dues in EMI I had also paid the monthly rental charges of Rs. 5000 but still card status shows inactive. Sorry to say but even the experience with customer support was not satisfactory. Need an urgent reply on this".

                  I had also attached the payment transaction which I had through Dhani App. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.

                      No loans taken but are showing fake loan in my cibil score

I was shocked as i heard about this company for the first time in my life. He showed me a copy of my AADHAR card (with the old obsolete address) and claimed that they gave the loan on the basis of this AADHAR card without any verification or confirmation. i spoke to his manager on call

                      A fraud loan is showing in my credit card report which I have not taken.Also the phone number is different. There has been 2 entry about #IVL Finance Pvt personal loan in my credit report.
                      I trying to contact on #IVL but there numbers don't work.It should be closed from my credit report ASAP.
                      Else I will take strict action.

                        I have done transfer of Rs 1240 to my bank account from my dhani pay wallet yesterday but not credited to my beneficiary account yet for which screenshot of the transfer initiated is attached herewith for your reference and i also want to state that this is second time that this type of incident is done on me first one was on 7 January 2022 and second one on yesterday(10/01/22), but money is not credited yet

                            I am Pawan Kumar. My Mobile Number is [protected]. Pin Code - 110019, Date of birth -14/07/1994, I got loan of 10, 000 Rs from dhani. Personal Loan A/No - IPERDEL01876200. Disbursement Date[protected]. Today 09/01/2022 I have received a call from [protected] and person name is Rahul Sharma. He asked me my bank details and dhani pay verification code. I shared verification code with him and ask to do payment of 589 Rs and told me we will close your loan account within 2 minutes. He activated my freedom card by fraud and used 2500 Rs from daily limit. I have also inform to customer care and Customer care executive told me just cancel plan of freedom card then I have canceled many times but it's was automatically activated again and again and I have also submitted complaint on consumercomplaints.in. I have received call from Rahul sharma After submitted complaint on consumercomplaints.in then He is doing fraud transaction from my freedom card. I don't know how anyone can know about your company's customer's information and start doing fraud call. Please block my freedom card immediately and take necessary action against this fraud person.

                              I've been using Dhani's One Freedom credit line from March 2021. There hasn't been any delay in payments from my end.

                              Towards the end of November 2021, I received a text on my registered mobile number that my credit limit had been increased, the text contained a link upon clicking on which I was redirected to Dhani's website.

                              Since this incident, I'm unable to use my One Freedom credit, as the application says that the service is inactive (there are no pending dues).

                              I called Dhani's helpline and representative informed me that my One Freedom account is active and that this is a technical glitch, and I was told to send an e-mail to [protected]@dhani.com.

                              I have already tried clearing cache/app data and have also reinstalled the application.

                              I've already paid the subscription fee for December 2021, and the fee for January 2022 HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT but my One Freedom Services are still inactive.

                              I've tried mailing them multiple times but have not received any replies.
