Dear sir, I m Rajesh. I worked as Senior collection officer at Dhani loans and services from September 2019 to October 2021. Still not get my relieving and experience letter. I continuely follow my previous company. Still not get one single response. I almost worked 2.5 years in Indiabulls consumer finance. But they not respect after Reliving. So many mails day by day send ([protected]@dhani.com ) they not responding. So many people i asked regarding my documents. Not answering. My career totally spoil.. below my details given please help me..

Maine dhani app se loan liya tha but I have paid all loan in MARCH 2022. But mere CIBIL m active show kar rha h please provide me NOC of these all loans and solve my problem.

मेरा नाम संजय टेवा, पिता श्री हुकम सिंह है।
मेरे पास 10/03/2024 को सुबह 10:22 पर Dhani loan application के नाम से कॉल आया जिन्होंने मुझे 1lac personal loan 30 मिनिट में करवाने का बोला इसके बाद मुझे एक ईमेल प्राप्त होता है राइटिंग में की मेरा 1lac का लोन approved है और मुझे rs 1550/- की लोन procession फीस जमा करनी पड़ेगी उसके 5 मिनिट बाद मुझे लोन amount मेरे सिस्टर के अकाउंट में आ जायेगा तो मेने 1550 rs गूगल pay से कर दिया उसके बाद मुझे sbi Bank के name से कॉल आया जिन्होंने account me लोन के पैसे डालने के लिए वेरिफकेशन के name पर बोला की पहले rs 7000/_ का payment और करना पड़ेगा उसके बाद ही दिए गए account me तुरन्त लोन का पैसा डाला जायेगा तो मेने मेने मना कर दीया उसके कूछ समय बाद वापस कॉल आया और बोला कि अभी 50% भी। कर दूंगा। तो हो जायेगा तो मेने /03/2024 को ही 2 बार में उन्हें rs 3799/ का payment कर दिया उसके बाद उन्होने मुझे दिनांक 11/03/2024 में सुबह 11बजे का टाइम दिया गया पर उस टाइम पर उन्होने और पैसा demand किया बचा हुआ 3799/_ rs और उनसे उनका बैक id मांगने पर उन्होंने जो भेजा वो pdf me mention है मेने बचा हुआ amount भी उनके बताए account में फोन पे के द्वारा कर दिए तो फिर वो बोले की अब आपके account POK कोड एरर आ रहा है जिसके लिए तुम्हे 3500 rs pay करो तो ही होगा नहीं तो नही होगा, मेरा जो किया हुआ टोटल पैसा जो की rs 9148 /_ है दोनो बैंक कर्मचारियों का विवरण अग्रलिखित है

I have taken one loan of 600 in dhani app which is closed .But still it is in open status from 4 years ..kindly close it .

सर धनी की तरफ से मुझे बहुत परेशान किया जा रहा है।मेरे पे इन्होंने अमाउंट का 5 गुना ज्यादा पेनल्टी लगा रखी है। जबकि मेरे अकाउंट से 2021 मैं 1000 रुपी भी इनकी तरफ से ऑटो डेबिट किया गया उसका कोई हिसाब नही है।और मुझे बोल रहे है की बैंक मैं जाकर पता करो।और मेने इनको बैंक से लाकर स्टेटमेंट भी दे दी फिर भी यह कह रहे है की हमने नही लिया।सर यह फिर फोन कर रहे है और कह रहे है की सेटेलमेंट कर लो जिसमे भी इनका ऑफर अमाउंट से लगभग 4 गुना है यह कैसा सेटेलमेंट है सर बहुत परेशान कर दिया है उन्होंने अब आप मेरी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व कर दीजिए सर प्लीज ।

Hi from above subject i have not taken any loan from Dhani(India Bulls) Loan. But still it reflect on my CIBIL report. Because of this it hamper my CIBIL score

मैं एक छात्र हूं, एक बार मैंने धनी से 5000 का ऋण लिया था और मैंने पहले ही इसकी कुछ रकम चुका दी थी, उसने मुझसे एक ही बार में पूरी रकम चुकाने के लिए कहा और मेरे पास पैसे नहीं थे, इसलिए मैंने भुगतान नहीं किया, ग्राहक सेवा घर आने की धमकी दे रहा है !! कृपया मेरी मदद करें

I taken laon from Indiabull dhani before 2 years And it's algorithm is to use 10 percent of the total loan amount I can use per a day and I can repay it in 3 months EMI. Each EMI having 33 percent of the money but suddenly in between my use company said pay the total loan amount in a single day other wise my loan limits will not increase in future and they put my cibil score down and I have to appear in lok Adalat to pay the money.They sent me several msges of court notice when I fell to pay the amount at a time and calling me always to depress Me. Now they come to my home in Every 15 To 20 days and forcing me to pay all amount with a higher interest rate.Plzz help me Sir

We are having home loan with Indiabulls, we would like to inform you that we have taken a first loan in the year 2012, and then top up on 2016 & 2017 which total comes to 43, 67, 860/- against which we have paid installments above Rs.48, 00, 000/- till July-2023
Looking at the above scenario we understand that even after paying above Rs. 48, 00, 000/- our principal amount is reduced marginally, referring to statement & repayment schedule we come to know you are increasing our tenure and also increasing rate of interest as well as monthly EMI frequently is unfair to us,
Also, during the pandemic period of covid -19 we have written emails and personally visited to the Indiabulls Thane Branches for the several issues like moratorium, insurance policies queries, restructuring of loan, request for reduced rate of interest, request to reduce EMI etc. but we have not received any satisfactory response from your end because of this reasons we are facing financial crisis and we are getting mentally depressed in its effect on our personal life.

It is Totally customers harassments and sucking customers money

I have home loan with Indiabulls account no. HHLSUR00200270 at time of start loan emi was 9600 for 30 years after paying 9 years emis still I have balance of 410 emi months andy emi is 12960... Interest rate is 15%... This is Harraseemt of people and sucking people money

We have taken home loan from India Bulls, They have increased the rate of interest to 14 % which is too high, they are harassing us a lot, please help us in getting lower the rate of interest.

I am ex employee (Sap ID - 333853) of Indiabulls Dhani loan and services ltd from 31st Dec 2020 to 1st March 2023. I have contacted via mail to [protected]@dhani.com but I haven't received any response from them. They are unresponsive . I have to submit letters to another company. It's affecting in my career growth.
Need help on this ASAP.

I am priya chowrasia.My loan no.-IDOFDEL14472235 is showing overdue of ₹856.I contacted dhani support team 100s times and emailed them but they don't responsed.Dhani kindly remove this overdue from my cibil report.

My all loan was paid but my civil is showing, its panic my civil score so please recovery this issue. plz solve my problem

I have ordered 4 products from dhani store but got tablets and masala and rest products which are cancelled from your side and no refund is processed from your side so pl see in this case and provide refund as soon as possile
