Indiabull is deducting 100 rupees every month from last two years i have raised complaint against it but not received any response, this is so illegal and fraud, i have not authorised them for any such direct transaction from my account, please take strict action against them. This is pure harassment and crime.

I have all details that I have paid all of it to them. And i don't get any NOC from them. I need these to be removed from my cibil report.

I have made all payments for the dhani one freedom card all cleared all my dues on 27th April and since then im asking for noc of my loan ...the credit limit assinged to me was Rs.5000 but in my credit score its showing Rs 4872
and after payment also they are not giving proper response and providing me the noc of my loan account no -CL23888950
they are saying there is no due amount then why are the not providing me noc for this loan account ..and now today when i called they are saying u will have to activate ur blocked account and u will have to deactivate the dhani one freedom credit as it is active ..i have cleared all due and then only i have deactivated the dhanionefreedom credit and the applied for permanently closing the account ...i just want the noc plz for this loan account no.

Indiabulls made promises while providing loan facility and in originality they loot the customers pocket.
I took a loan at a low rate and I was not told about the loan hike which my take due to market conditions.
Now, they have increased my rate of interest at a very high rate and because of the same my EMI got increased.
I am going into liability to maintain the EMI of Indiabull as I got hole in my pocket.
This is one of the worse experience of my life.
I would suggest that if there is an increase in the rate they should tell the customer about the increase in EMI. I am ready to pay higher EMIs but I want the rate of interest to be retro fit.

This is a loot by India bulls.

Middle class people takes loan to fulfill their necessities and these companies are looting the customers. Pathetic service... No customer guidance. Shame of Indiabulls

I am an NRI took a loan from Indiabulls Agreement No: HHLHYD00245792 for 15 years (180 months) in 2015. I have decided to pay off the loan recently but to my shock the loan term changed from 180 months to 475 months not sure how to react on the situation. So they ended up using all my EMI into interest fee with very little amount to principal. Not sure why the interested moved from 9.55% (when I took the loan ) to 15.1%, so I have tried contacting them but they are not reachable and not sure what are my options. Is this a common practice from the Indiabulls Bank? anyone facing similar situation and let me know to help me to resolve this issue. Thanks!

Sorry, no one contacted me regarding my issue and no help was made to resolve the issue so far. My loan term needs to be corrected to 180 months which was initially agreed from 475 months. Loan term was changed without any reason or request made by me.

I received a debit of bounce charge on my SBi account for INR 295. However, there hs not been any EMI bounces from the time the loan is going on.

Attached both the screenshots showing smooth clearance for Nov and the incorrect debit on bounce charge received. Tried contacting customer care via phone and email and they were equally pathetic.

Please refund the bounce charges to my bani account and stop this fraudulent transactions.

I, m Pankaj tolani availed a personal loan from Dhani (indiabulls) ajmer. I, d got a
Message from co. To pay the amt of rs 3500 as final settlement amount .
After that indiabulls authorised agency employee ramavtar gurjar (m.no.[protected]) called me and said transfer the amount on ph pe to another employee Tarun Saraswat. On 18 may 2022 I, d transferd the amount of 3500, for which I have evidence of online transaction. After that I, d requested many times for receipt of that amount. But he neglected until today he didn't send me any receipt.
Today I checked my cibil and saw that amount is reflecting as a overdue to me in favour of ivl finance.
I request to the co. To take a necessary and hard action against that employees.
Remove that amount from my cibil or otherwise I lodge a complaint through ombudsman to RBI against ivl finance.

There is a person who keeps on calling for the loan repayment and have been harassing me for almost 2 years. I had two loans from IndiaBulls, one is already and cleared. The second one was re-structure; he keeps pressurizing me by calling and visiting my place threatening me. He seems doing so for personal gains, as he always pressurizes on foreclosing the loan with some amount by doing adjustments on the total due amount. I have not received any communication from IndiaBulls regarding the repayment, as I should either receive an email or text message from IndiaBulls itself. But this guy always keeps calling multiple times. Phone number of the person contacting is: [protected]

Updated by mail2rajivsingh Nothing has been resolved. I received a call from their Gurgaon office and I informed them about the whole scenario. They only said, I can inform the persons who are calling me that I had a word with them. But after this complaint the frequency has increased of threatening via call. I have recorded their call records. I am sharing the number from which I am receiving calls and the name of the person, as there is no way to upload the call recordings.

Indiabulls home loan tenure increased from 252 months to 451 months and also ROI increased. Why is that so. Need a resolution on urgent basis. Do you mean we have to pay you double amount ?? Every time we see the statement, the tenure shows increased. We have taken moratorium during lock down only for 3 months.

I have decided to pay off the loan but to my shock the loan term changed from 180 months to 452 months not sure how to react on the situation. Is there away to sue the bank? or recover all my monthly EMI, because all my EMI they deposited into interest fee and very less in principle just because they moved it to 452 months loan term without my agreement.
