That I didn't taken loan of 25000. please solve my problem. Due this my cibil score decreased....

I didn't know any complete information(terms/conditions) about it dhani one freedom card service,

I understanding that I have to pay the subscription fee only if I use this service,
( i mean- Only if the my loan limit is used ),

My 1 loan was running with indiabulls name as credit line . I have cleared my all dues of it but they are not closing my case nor they are removing from cibil. However they have given me noc. But still agents are visiting at my place for recovery. They are asking for money . They said your loan is not closed yet as we have not given you FCL. So you have to pay more amount. They are making different types...

My dhani one freedom credit limit is not working online and ofline. I have no dues.
My total credit limit is 15000 but they giving 750 for daily limit.

I have been paying the regular EMI from 2017 till now and have already paid 20 lacs but now the company says that under the preEMI scheme the whole amount was for interest.

The preEMI was charged from[protected] and was never intimated to us whatsoever. The preEMI cannot be charged for a 5 years without notifying the customer and appropriate consent has to be taken for any charges.

We have taken 38 lacs of loan...
