Hi,

This issue has been on going for more than a month now, due to non-responsive nature of customer support. Due to issues on indiabulls website, i was initially unable to make prepayment via indiabulls website.
It was then that i requested to close the entire loan and send me the full and final amount. Which after a lot of reminders they finally did, however, they were unable to clearly communicate the account i need to make the payment to.
They again went silent and it was only after reaching out to my bank that i was finally able to make the payment.

After i did indiabulls is now asking for more interest money because they did not respond to my previous requests which resulted in delay of only couple of days.

Because of there unresponsiveness and unable to move on time they even charged my account for monthly ECS payment which has caused me another issue with my bank.

This is ridiculous, not going to recommend or work with Indiabulls in the future.

The only request i have is to pls close my loan - HHLNOI00163712.

      I applied for a loan and my id no is[protected]Credit Limit ID: CLKODO8K779IWNX6). The loan amount was Rs. 12, 750 which applied on the date of 02/08/2020. As they mentioned instant loans, I kept in my mind that the amount of Rs. 12, 750 will be transferred to my bank account. But later I came to know that the loan amount is transferred in India bulls Dhani app, which is not able to utilize. The main thing they never mentioned that amount will be disbursed in your wallet and not in your bank account this is a fraud. Meanwhile, I have paid EMI every month they debited my amount mentioning that non-realization of EMI amount. I am raising this complaint because why should I pay the money which is not utilized? Please take action against this as early as possible because I heard and seen too many frauds and scams and how they blackmailing people and their families. I am raising this because if money is not in my bank account how they expect that we will return the total amount. This is a total scam and fraud.

        Their agent Parveen Dagar keeps calling me and my relatives and mis-behaves with them and argues with them. Also he states that company has asked him to make calls between 9pm to 11pm, which is hard to believe. No company asks to call after office hours and specially when you are calling a girl. I hope you guys take action against him, or atleast give him. Sometimes sense. Harrassing people and mis-behaving and calling after office hours is highly unprofessional.

          I got a call from this fraud company about Dhani app. I was told that there is no interest on the credit line. But even before I have taken a single paisa from them, they have debited my account for 500 rupees even without informing me and getting my approval. There is no response on any of their customer service numbers and chat support. Even the nodal officer's number is barred and the call gets disconnected. I will complain to RBI to close this fraud company.

                    I've paid all the emis, still these people are not foreclosing my account and sending me messages for non realization of emi. They have stopped replying on emails and keep on sending messages on phone for payment. I was given moratorium from april till august but they started asking me for emi in August only. I resumed paying the last four emis from September after moratorium. Paid all of them till December. But still they are texting me to pay. They've also charged various unreasonable charges like bounce charges even after telling them that I don't use the bank account which is registered with them. And then late fee even after availing moratorium. Here I want to tell them that I won't pay any baseless charges and I've paid all the emis already. I'll attach screenshots here only for all the last four paid emis. I want them to foreclose my account as soon as possible.

                        While verifying the monthly statement of my above account for month of 15th december, 2020 on my kotak mahindra bank, i find a debit of rupees 300/- with the narration ecsidr-ivl finance ltdiy-kmb

                        I give below the details on the debit:

                        Date of debit: 15th december, 2020
                        Amount: rs.300/-
                        Narration made: ecsidr-ivl finance ltdiy-kmb
                        ACC:[protected]-KMB

                        I have not made any transactions where in such charges is due. There were no such charges ever in my account. Hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side. I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount to the account as i have to bein norm or neither i done the ecs mandatory to my kotak bank account.

                          I had taken a loan amount of rupees 75000, from which I had received only 70380, after deducting 4620(process fee including tax -2646 + gap interest booking - 1274 + 700 stamp charges). They had mentioned the rate of interest is 31% for a tenure of 36 months.
                          Principle amount of loan taken - 75000
                          Interest(31% of[protected]
                          Total - 98250 tenure of 36 months
                          Every month instalment 98250/36 = 2729.16 Rupees but the company is charging 3226 every month for 36 month and total would be 116136. Which is the excess of 17886. The company is charging a huge amount on the consumers and looting the money with the irregular methods of calculation and misguiding the society stating the best online loan application. Request the concern authorities to look over my issue and resolve.

                              I am Nilkanth Patel having personal loan account no IPERVAP03653549 with indiabull. I have seen your sadakchhap unauthorized recovery agent went at my home without writting communucation and without intimation with customer and broken RBI guidelines. If person not available at home why are your agent misbehavior and use bad words to other family members. This is mentally herresment.

                              Mene aapse restructuring manga asp restructuring dete nahi ho. Clear cut mail commucation me bataya tga probkem. Dene me kya taklif ge aapko. Jab asp restructuring de nahi sakte to meri permission ke bina mere ghar aur company ne akar faltu ki bajwas ki to FIR fategi.Aur manhani ka case thokunga aap ki company par. Court me le jao case me court me abe ke liye taiyar hu. Fir judge sageb jo bolenge muje manjur he. Agreement dikhao usme kaha likha tha ki customer ka EMI aap family member se loge?

                              Agar baat karni he dhang se karo nahi aspke recovery agents ki sari akkal thikane laga dunga.
                              Kisne authority di aapko. Meri absence me mere gharwalo tang karne ki. Herresment karoge?This is criminal offence.

                              With the above experience, I am seriously concerned about my private data being leaked by indiabull to unauthorized agents. At the time of taking the Loan, i was made an assurance that Indiabull is a reputed NBFC and will follow all the RBI Regulatory guidelines and Banking Codes in relation to the collection of dues in the event of payments missed. I would like to Emphasis on the below RBI guideline clearly stated i) To ensure due notice and appropriate authorization by the banks, they should inform the borrower of the details of recovery agents engaged for the purpose, while forwarding default cases to the recovery agents. The details should include their telephone numbers etc. The recovery agents should call the borrowers only from telephone numbers notified to the borrower. Attaching all the RBI and BCSBI guidelines for your reference. In Lieu of the above guideline I would like to Demand the following Details from the Bank : 1) The List to Recovery Agencies with the Names / Telephone numbers/ Address /Representative name deployed towards the recovery of my dues since 1st September 2020. 2) The List and details of direct Bank representatives assigned towards recovery of my dues. 3) The list of Authorized phone numbers I must entertain henceforth to have any discussion regarding my dues. I would not be making any communication with Bank representatives until these details are provided to me.l request you to provide the details within 5 days on receipt of this mail. Failure to provide the above details and any sort o[censored]nlawful, Uncivilized and unethical recovery in the interim will certainly attract legal action against the indiabull and immediate FIR against the CEO & MD.Please consider this as the final notice.

                              Ye sab detail pehle provide karao.

                              Aur restructuring kyu dete nahi ho. Khud RBI KI Guideline follow nahi karni he upar se customers ko pareshan bhi karna he.

                              After that herresment is not stopped from your side this mail go to district magistrate and police commssioner.And national cyber security, Reserve bank of India ahmedabad, Mumbai, Newdelhi, RBI governor. Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Home affairs.

                              If they are not stopped I also claim manhani case on indiabull team.

                              This is last and final intimation.

                              Today is 11th day. No any update before assured me please check 24th tim case closed without any investigation. Kuchh bhi action nahi liya abhi tak aap logo ne sirf guma rahe ho baat ko. 11 din huve aaj. Roj naye naye bahane banakar case ko close kar rahe he. Lekin investigation kiye bina case close hone nahi dunga. Jara support dhani ko puchho Kirni baar bina investigation kiye case close kar diya. NBFC, CYBER CELL KO bhi intimation he aapke gundo ka bad behavior.

                              Ye jo comment aap de rahe ho wo pwhli baar je herresment ki he jo purani he iske ups bhi kuchh action nahi huva he aaj 32 din huve he uske baad 3 baar complain raise hui he consumer forum me iska matlab aapko bhi kuchh pata nahi. Consumer forum indiabull customer ko gumrah kar rahi he. Comment dalne wale bande ko pata hi nahi he. Please ensure kijiye.

                              Bhai kitna samay loge aap. 45 din huve abhi tak kuchh action nahi liya. Khoon karne ki dhamki di he. Ek hi chij baar baar bolte ho. Customers ko bevkuf samja he aap logo ne. Muje action chahiye action. Bahana chalega nahi. Chhodunga nahi aap logo ko.

Knowing that today is working day for banks so why taking so long when it usually takes 4-5 hrs via NEFT . Please sort it out as I need the funds urgently.
