Address: Indiabulls Consumer Finance Ltd 301/A, on third floor vendanta, CTS no. 779, Makawana road, Andheri - kurla road, Nr marolnaka metro station, Andheri(East), Mumbai - 400059

I have taken loan 2250 from Indiabulls Dhani and authorised them to deduct my interest and principle amount whenever it is due by auto debating facility. Now, they are deducting amount multiple times for other than loan. I asked for reason via mail. They are not responding properly. After multiple mail they are telling that reason for deduction is premium membership which I am not opted for that. They are looting customer by auto debating facility. Indiabulls is fraud company. They are looting customers. For 2250 loan I have paid interest as EMI regularly. Still they deduct 300 from account. I don't know how many times they will deduct till my loan clears. Their app not allow prepayment and clearing my loan.

Pls teach this fraud indiabulls proper lesson

    Indiabulls activate medical insurance without my permission. I mail to indiabulls and he say i cancelled policy. But after cancelled policy again money debit from my account.

      I Debashish Pal husband of applicant who have apply for loan of Rs.300000.00 for five year A phone come from your Aurangabad Office - No. is [protected] speaking Mr.Pankaj Bhaduria. Asking for send relevant document in whatsup after approval of same we will allow you loan approval letter. After that I have the letter and intimate to deposit the processing fee which is
      refundable. I deposit the same. After depositing the amount a message came from SBI message that your payment have received now you have to pay insurance amount after that we will release
      your loan amount. I have deposited the same because the message is from SBI so I deposited the
      same. After depositing the same a new message come from SBI that you have to pay NOC charges. So I deposit the same this is done by me because the message are coming from SBI, so I deposit the same. After that a new message come that you have to deposit two installment in advance. I also deposited the same. After that one message again come that you have to pay late
      fee.

      Sir I want to now what is going on. Your office staff never clear the same . Mr.Ajay one of your Aurangabad office give me assurance that my amount will definitely clear. On his assurance I deposit all the amount except late fee because I cant understand for which I have to pay late fee.
      Mr.Ajay Kumar Chand ( Office Superintendent) Employee No.205489D date if hiubg 09, 01, 2018. He have sent his office ID + Pan card+Aadharcard and saying that if your amount will not clear then you take legal action in my name.

      I am sending all the document for your kind consideration, so that you may take necessary action
      in this regard.

      Kindly procees the payment as I need urgent.

            indiabulls housing finance is providing lod and foreclosure letter of my home load

            Several times i am requesting to get following documents to transfer my home loan to other financial institutions but the indiabull is not responding yet.

            Therefore i need following document to initiate the transfer process –

            1. List of documents submitted while taking loan.
            2. Foreclosure letter of the loan.

            Hii iam pankaj kumar my mobile no [protected] mere complaint he ki mene dhani cradit loan liya taha loan ke pease mere wallet me to aaye laki mene jab apne wallet se apne account me transfer kiya to mera wallet se ammount mere account me nahi gaya mene 10july 2020 ko transfer kiya taha wallet account se apne bank account me. Or July se me lagatar July se dhani customer care se baat karne ki kosis kar raha hu. Lakin koi baat nahi karta he.mujko mera peasa wapas cahiye jo aap logo ne aaj mere aacount se apne loan ka ammount kat liya he. Nahi to apki complaint police me karne wala hu.

                I am receiving spam messages offering personal loans from India Bulls Dhani company regularly when I have not made any queries.

                I have not opted or subscribed to anything from idhani. I made a complaint on complaintboard.in in the month of July and got call a from the company apologizing for the same. But there is not resolution to this problem.

                Still getting messages even after complaint. Stop messaging me immediately.

                  I have taken loan from Rohini branch of Indiabulls on July, 2018 amount of 10 lac I have paid 26 EMI of 10238 rs in which they are taking 238 rs as principal amount and 10000 rs as interest in EMI as a result my principal amount not reducing now I am going to close account then they aare asking me to pay 1066000.

                  I am shocked how it is possible I have taken 10 lac loan and after 2 years of EMI payment no principal amount reduced even I have to pay 66000 rs more

                    I did 10000 Rs. transaction on MobiKwik via Dhani pay account on 23rd September 2020. first time my money got deducted and reversed instantly but the second time when I tried to do a transaction than money got deducted but the transaction got canceled and the money was not reversed. today is 30 September almost 5 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my 10000 Rs. and whenever I try to contact their customer care they never answer my call their customer care service is very poor they are not helping also I tried to contact Dhani on Dhani Facebook page but they blocked me instantly. so my only hope from you and this is my hard-earned money and I don't wanna lose it. because before I transaction I did not saw the review of Dhani many customers are getting the same issue and still their money stuck. so pls help me in this case and take legal action against India Bulls Dhani.

                    Today almost 7 working days over and still dhani did not credited my money i also tried to contact them but their customer service is very poor they do not pick up the call. Now pls help me in this matter because i saw many peoples review about dhani their money also stucked and dhani not refunded anybody's money and take some hard action against dhani pls. We dont want this type of Digital India where Our Hard earned money gone into hell.

                    I face same issue. I used dhani one freedom card to order in swiggy. They cancelled ordered due to lack of stock and refunded money. Which I still didn't get refund in my dhani wallet is ₹129. Also dhani don't response in email [protected]@dhani.com no one replies on it. More than services they do cheating and fraud by stealing our money and making profit.

                    I did 800 Rs. transaction on PayU via Dhani card on 30 december 2021 . The person has refunded my amount and it says successful refund but .today is 2 janurary almost 3days has been completed but still, I have not received my 800Rs. and whenever I try to contact their customer care they say it will be solved in 1 or 2 hour but still no refund no response they are not helping . so my only hope from you and this is my hard-earned money and I don't wanna lose it. many customers are getting the same issue and still their money stuck. so pls help me in this case and take legal action against India Bulls Dhani.

                      The following loans (Loan no1 : idhadel08778608, loan no2 : idhadel[protected] was supposed to get auto debit emi on 05th of every month! But you didn't auto debited them! So when i emailed you regarding this! You worst ever customer support responded after one month and shared a link to manually pay the emi and i have paid via the link! Now it is showing i have overdue charges! You didn't debited the emi on time and why should i pay the overdue? Please clear the additional unwanted charges and close my loan account asap!

                      I have emailed your customer support! As we all know that is the worst support ever i didn't got any resolution till now! They called me and said they will update to me in 2days and it's been a month since they said those words! So kindly check and close the loans!

So many amount shown in dhani app to pay overdue emi money .I paid .but still dhani app is showing pqy again and again that money .LOAN is about 2500 .but till now from next more than 5000 ur dhani charged me and asked me to.pay through app .I also emailed so many times the bank statement. Screenshorts .. but still dhani app is showing to pay money again and .so much money is gone .dhani is making me feel to do suicide. All customer support is very bad ..no one will give the solution .just they will say pay through link that's it.is this for u kept ur customer support .they are threatening me to pay through links otherwise so many people will make calls to me and irritate . Find the solution .a genuine dhani man call and solve this issue .
                      Where is the dhani legal office in Hyderabad. The adres shown in google is fake .we went there but it is always closed .what we should think that we are fooled by fake fraudsters or what .now how we should trust dhani

                          I took a loan of ₹ 3150 from dhani app and i got ₹ 2445 only but i did not use the money from that loan. I tried to get that loan closed and also tried to contact them but their number was not reachable. Then one day i suddenly get a phone call. On their behalf and i am told that you will have to pay an interest of ₹ 73 this month. And they said if you do not pay this interest rate, then you will be fined ₹ 450. And i did not fill that interest because i did not use the money from that loan, but they still imposed a fine of ₹ 450 on me with an interest rate. And i was told. If you do not pay this interest rate, then you will be fined next month too. The entire exchange with an interest rate of ₹ 450. And when i asked them that i should have received ₹ 3150. But i got 2445 rupees as a loan, then they said, we do not know. Why is it given you such an amount. And now those people are telling me that if you did not pay the interest rate. Then you have to pay more money with a penalty. And now they are telling me that now you will have to pay money along with your loan amount along with 1 month interest rate plus with fine. I applied for ₹ 3150, they gave me 2445 rupees and now they are saying that you have to pay 3695 rupees.

                              I have taken loan from indiabulls from rohini branch having loan account number hhlrhn00432219.
                              My tenure of loan has increased from 20 years to 30 years without my consent and knowledge
                              The interest part in emi amount is 10000 rs in 10238 rs emi however principal amount is 238 rs my principal amount is not decreasing with payment of emi which lead to heavy load.
                              Kindly reduce my tenure and adjust principal amount of past emi i have paid.

                                Hello i am dheeraj. I took loan from indian bulls company in july 2019 where i kept 24 months if emi. The period should complete on june 2021, but it showing as august 2021. I am having 2 bounce charges.

                                The main motive of this complaint is, indian bulls company is charging 2emis in a single from last two months. I enquired with my related bank and they told the issue is raised with indian bulls company. They are charging the amount double time. The bank office asked me to speak with indian bulls customer care, but none of the provided numbers are working even in working days.

                                I need help to resolve this issue asap, otherwise i may face the same problem in the coming month too.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I am a customer of indiabulls loan id 53917370

                                  Please note, up to the march 1st, 2020 i have been promptly paying my monthly payment and almost half of my loan amount i have paid to you, but due to covid19 lock down in our country since march, 2020 i have lost my job, and i do not have any source of income, as i am badly struggling to survive in absence of job. Plus i am suffering with a high risk mdr tuberculosis, taking treatment in govt hospital past one year, therefore i was unable to pay the monthly emi bill during this lockdown,


                                  As announced by rbi and govt of india, to grant a moratorium relief to any consumer, i had applied for the same by email and tried calling your customer care several times, but no one was coming over phone, instead calls are going on automated voice system, so i never got any confirmation from your end so far.

                                  I still do not have any job, but i am constantly trying to look for one, a job after september months is expected to me, therefore i will be able to pay my emi bill from last week of october 2020.

                                  Hereby i request you :-

                                  1.) please send me my loan statement, from march to september 2020,

                                  2.) please remove the financial charges/late payment and unnecessary penalty from my statement during moratorium period march to august, as per rbi moratorium regulation/govt. Of india directives to give relief to customer during this hard situation of covid19 pandemic.

                                  3) my current financial condition is very bad, and i am finding it very hard to survive in life due to this lockdown and job loses, therefore i can not pay my monthly emi amount rs.7931, therefore please increase the loan tenure to another 24 month, and give me a new repayment plan for rs. 4000 per month emi approximately, this way it will be easy for me to reply my balance amount in this hard crisis situation.

                                  4) my current emi/ecs is going from my hdfc bank, this is account is rs.10000 monthly min. Amount account, which i can not maintain during the crisis situation, therefore i am going to close this account, i have zero monthly average bank account with kotak mahindra bank - request you kindly send your representative to collect necessary details and switch my monthly ecs payment from hdfc bank to my kotak mahindra bank account. (I have already sent you my cancelled check and other details by email of kotak mahindra bank)

                                  5) also please note, though i have been trying to contact your customer care directly to discuss my situation, but yet i am not getting any response on the same, besides your collection agents has been contacting me constantly, using a threatening language and filthy words, this is causing me a great mental agony and harassment,

                                  Today dated 14-sep-2020 your collection agent mr. Yogesh kumar, phone no.[protected], called early morning and came at my address about 9.30 a. M., forcing me to pay right away and used a very rough and filthy language with me.

                                  I request you kindly to stop them from harassing me and please have a direct communication with me by your own company executives, if my above request is not taken into consideration and if such act persist, i will have no option but to seek for a legal advice and file fir against the agent and the indiabulls finance, also will approach for a help in consumer court, write the matter to rbi and govt of india finance dept over social media and rbi bank of ombudsmen for such harassment, as my intention is very clear to pay your outstanding, but with some relief in form of extended emi option. Because due to lockdown and global covid pendamic19 i am really facing a very hard time. And under no circumstance i can honor total outstanding payment right away.

                                  Await your kind reply with a repayment plan solution.

                                      This is in regard to home loan interest rate charged on my above said a/c.

                                      Kindly note the followings:

                                      1) that as per your email dated[protected]As attached), you were charging interest rate @ 10.20% p. A. Till july 2018 on my indiabull home loan a/c.

                                      2) that as per your email dated[protected]As attached), you increased your interest rates by 0.20%. This increase was with effect from august 1, 2018. Hence revised interest rate were 10.40% p. A. Wef oct 2018.

                                      3) that as per your email dated[protected]As attached), you further increased your interest rates by another 0.20%. This increase was with effect from october 1, 2018. So new/increased interest rates were 10.60% p. A.

                                      4) hence the latest interest rate increase was in october by 0.20% p. A. Accordingly, interest rate on my home loan should be 10.60% annually.

                                      However, erroneously /co-incidently, i was charged interest rate @ 13.60%. But it should have been 10.60% as per your above attachment.

                                      Kindly note that i am the only bread earner of my big family. And i have been regularly paying emi's (Without any default) on all my loan accounts i. E. Indiabull home loan, axis bank personal loan (12.99% taken 2017) etc...

                                      You are requested to kindly refer your email dated[protected] on interest rate increase. And revisit my home loan interest rate afterwords.

                                      You are requested to please be kind enough to charge interest rates as per your email. And do the needful for charging fair interest rate on my home loan a/c with indiabull.

                                      While seeing the above files, I found the followings:
                                      1) That as per your 3rd email (in the order) dated[protected], you were charging interest rate @ 10.20% p.a. till July 2018 on my Indiabull home loan a/c.
