Sir I have transferred[protected]+1530) from Dhani wallet to my bank account on 12.09.2020. The amount was not credited to my bank account even after two days. Though I have given complaint no action taken so far. Please see the amount credited to my bank account.

      I took a dhani credit line loan (₹3060) from indiabulls dhani app on 18/06/2020.

      The installment of which was to start from august 2020 but the first installment (₹61) of the loan despite having sufficient balance was not deducted from my bank account and charged for late payment.

      Due to fear that my cibil score is down, i made full payment with charges from the dhani app but again this month september installment was not deducted from the bank account.

      Then i have emailed in customer care, customer care asked for my bank statement, i have sent, but it has been 3/4 days, till now my problem has not been resolved and no response has been received.

      On playing the game in dhani app, you get dhani cash, which gets converted to real money when the installment is paid on time, but the dhani cash installment of august has expired due to the late installment.
      I also want my dhani cash back.

      Despite my no fault, i also want the late emi charge given in august.

      I am afraid that my cibil score may go bad even though i am not at fault

        In indiabulls applied loan of 13000000 and paid 26 emi’s of 37 lakhs.
        Now foreclosure is showing 13600000 after paying of 37 lakhs.

          I have been looking for answers and clarification from Indiabulls homeloan department regarding the ROI which is 10.7 since feb 2019 till today. I have opted for floating ROI as per agreement, but because i unsure if 10.7% is as per govt regulatory OR this needs to be fixed from Indiabulls as i just noticed and feel 10.7% is quite a lot actually. I haven't got ANY answers to this query yet from Indiabulls.

          Requesting here if this can be clarified. Let me know if need more details.!!

          As a response from your executive i got this;
          ''We would like to inform you that in connection with your request for availing the benefits under switch facility, it is to inform you that your request in this regard cannot be acceded to, as the switch policy/ request for lowering of ROI has since been discontinued by the Company. Therefore, your application for switch facility could not be processed further, accordingly interest would be charged in terms of the loan agreement executed by you. However, we will keep you updated on any new offers (as may be applicable) on the Loan(s) in future.''

          But i opted for floating ROI as an agreement and 10.7 is too high levied since more than a year & don't see any communication email from indiabulls about this. I want to get details of 10.7 ROI from indiabulls confirming it adheres to the contract and as per govt regulatory.

              I've been charged overdue charges today and that too ₹626 in my moratorium period which was till Aug 31. Now I want to make payment today but the amount includes those overdue charges. Kindly remove these charges so that I can make payment.

                    My name is vinod. Once i just enquired about dhani loan long back. From that day onwards i started receiving messages and calls from the indiabulls and dhani team to take the loan. So many times i told them, that i'm out of my financial situation. So i don't need it anymore. Still, they keep on calling and texting me regarding their loan offer. Even i blocked every number that i received from them.

                    Still, i'm getting messages, calls, and mails from them. I request to take necessary action against indiabulls invading my privacy

                      Dear sir,
                      I avail a loan on 16aug. But the loan details and loan repayment ditails not showing in dhani aap please find the attachment.. When i click on any bottom it's something that message.. Please help me out as soon as possible..

                      Customer care told reinstall the app i uninstall the aap and re install it still i facing same problem.. Finally i am hopeless.. No hobe for the solution.. If you check history from 16 august to till now how many mails and complaint i registered from my side.. Still never get any solution...

                      I am sorry i don't know that you give that type of service...

                      I can't see my loan summary and also i can't see my wellcome kiit..

                      Hope you understand my situation..

                        I have a term loan which started in 2015 with 180 instalments @13% interest rate. Over time this has now increased to 300 instalments and at 16% interest.
                        Now with rate of interest going down as directed by Govt. Indiabulls is not changing any rate.
                        Also, when i requested to convert the loan to Housing Loan the same is being denied by Indiabulls.
                        Please help.

                          Hi Team,

                          This is to bring to your notice that I am following with indiabulls since May but never got any response from them, even they have spoiled my cibil and show overdue charges in the cibil.

                          I have paid my Emi till may but due to covid I am the only earning member in my family so was not able to pay EMi from June to August and as per the RBI instructions if the customer is availabling moratorium not able to pay EMI. it should not affect Cibil and they will charges any penalty charges.

                          But these pathetic indiabulls team is even bothered to reply my email and even there contact given in the website is not working.

                          I am really disappointed with the worst customer service given by them.

                          My loan account no LANS[protected].

                          I request the team to kindly look into this matter n resolve my concern regarding overdue and cibil,
                          Already I have emailed to the RBI team regarding the worst service given by them to the customer.

                              I was applied a personal loan on 20th August, 2020 of Rs. 6, 00, 000. Then I had received tax invoice for rs.5, 500 to process the file which I paid after I got approval letter.

                              Then they asked me to pay Security Deposit of 17, 999, Agreement amount of rs38, 500, Insurance Fee of rs49, 500, & then GST Fee of rs1, 08, 000 all these payment have paid to them & told these are refundable along with the principal...

                              I have taken loan from India bull housing finance ltd for my flat in 2014.From then my interest rate never decreased automatically when RBI cut rates but increased automatically when increased by RBI.So I have to paid them 8K every time to decrease interest rate. Now my interest rate is 10 percent even though now offering 7 percent today. India bull housing always has no transparency in transactions. If I never decreased interest rate by paid them money then my interest rate would be 13%.So my opinion is that never go any NBFC like india bull housing, GIC, LIC housing, Dewan etc.
                              Always take loan from SBI, HDFC etc. I now feel cheated as they never have feeling/emotions for old customers

                                Dear sir,

                                I am shrikrishan kumar. I am working with india bulls housing and finance ltd. India with system manager alok kumar singh and his team. I had applied for education loan in india bulls housing for 100000 rs. After doing all the paper work needed i submitted my loan application to the officials of loan department. After all these paper work they asked me to pay 5500/- rs as processing fees for education loan, which i paid to them by upi in their account number [protected] o[censored]nion bank of india, mumbai main branch. (Fund transfer details are attached with the mail as the screeshots of mobile screen) with reference number[protected].

                                After paying the amount one day later they again asked me to pay 9999/- rs as security amount in the name of rbi. Which i had paid threw google pay to them on 08/08/2020 to their bank of india account no. [protected]. Now they are again asking me to pay 14500/- rs by other means like some agreement charge to get my loan sanctioned. As i found these official suspicious and fraud for asking me to different amount again and again so i haven’t paid the amount to them yet, and complaining it to you.

                                I applied with my contact no. [protected] and communicated with below different numbers - [protected] (All the documents sent on this number), [protected] (Also communicate with this number many times) and final communication held with alok kumar singh on [protected] this number.

                                Today in morning, he told me to pay rs 9999/- and assured that my loan will be credit in my account within 2-3 minutes, then i paid the amount after that he was not picking my calls, after 10 to 15 calls they message me on whatsapp that can't talk now, whatsapp only! I messaged him on whatsapp and asked about my loan then he asked me to pay more 14500 rs for some agreement charges. But i was not able to pay that huge amount so i told him my inability to pay that amount and ask him to cancle my loan and to refund my amount.
                                After some days i received one more call from some indiabulls loan cancellation and they asked me to pay rs. 300/- for cancellation charge and to get refund in one week, but i denied to pay more money and asked him to refund amount in normal processing days. Now i m trying to call on indiabulls customer care no. [protected] (Also communicated for the loan in last days on the same number), but now even this number not connecting.

                                I am very depressed now because of my stucked money in indiabulls consumer finance ltd.

                                I am requesting you to all please refund my money as soon as possible.
                                Please please please please please please

                                Sir i am a middle class man with lots of responsibilty of my family on me so i am requesting you all to please look into this matter and please take needed actions to punish the people involved in this action and help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

                                      First of all i'm fed up with your customer care. I cannot write any more emails and can't call you to listen we are running with low staff and the call ends.

                                      My issue is in dhani loan section i have a loan of rs 976 which i didn't took. I got a email also with the loan agreement but that money was not transferred to my bank or i haven't used that money for dhani credit line.

                                      But you have auto debited that money in return from my bank. So i request you to please look into it and refund my money asap.

                                      The reply i got from your email support is we have updated your dhani loan please check. But i don't find any update regarding that. So look into the issue and refund my money. I have sent you a email with the bank statement for the month of april also.
