Dear sir/madam,

I have sent many mails regarding my cheque bounce and overdue for my dhani credit line. I haven't get a solution yet from your end. It has happened all because of your staff at coimbatore branch. He misguided me that not to maintain a sufficient balance in my account for the month of june'2020. Because of him only my account got bounced. I send many mails to [protected]@indiabulls.com & [protected]@indiabulls.com. But no solution yet. They have given wrong commitment towards this issue. I kindly request you to please listen and take necessary action against them. If not then i will take this issue further legal action.

Names of the staffs are as follows:
1. Mr. Kamesh - collection executive

Mr. Kamesh promised me to give me the solution. But everyday he was giving me wrong commitment and not loyal to his work. I was doing a follow up with him for 70 days. No momentum from him. Now he is not picking my call and simply avoiding me. For his mistake i will not be able to pay the particular emi, bounce charges and other. He is blaming other persons. Mr. Suresh also gave me a commitment to waive off the bounce charges as because of their mistakes. Now the staff from coimbatore office said that they are not responsible for dhani credit line and asked to contact customer care. I called cc people couple of times. They are not even understanding my question and didn't provide me the solution. Worst experience ever i faced in my life. He has promised me to get the solution for the past 80days. Now they are trying to escape from this issue. My cibil score is more important for me. Due to your staff mistake i am suffering and losing my cibil score. So kindly enquire the above mentioned persons and revert me back at the earliest.

I took a credit line loan of 3060 in June 2020, whose interest EMI is ₹ 61 months, the first installment of which was deducted from August but my bank account is not deducted and late payment charges are being charged...

    As i have already complained to you regarding my home loan at indiabulls finance limited. Here i am still waiting for your resolution. If you need the all emails to check date of sent please let me know.
    1. As i applied for moratorium since apr 2020-august 2020 why 7 bouncing charges @ 590/- has been occurred my debited account of hdfc since i have sent an email on 24th june with 2 times reminder by enclosing bank statement (Which was asked by indiabulls customer care executive) there is no response from your end, this is just pathetic services cheating customers.2 you have clearly mentioned in moratorium letter deferred of emi will be extended for the no. Of months which i will be taking for i. E my moratorium deferred months are apr - august -5 months interest to carried on which is inr 35650/- this is equal to more than 2 emi and 5 emi to be added.??? According to your new repayment scheduled plan tenure has amended to 132 tenures how??? Emi amount has been increased to inr 13658 instead inr 13207 no where mentioned amount of emi will be increased checkout your moratorium letter. This is again cheating with customers. No one from indiabulls is answerable for this complaint since 3 monthsinstead i am getting only such emails.. We have tried calling you on your registered no there was no response and your queries has been resolved. They resolve the queries by self - making customres fool.3. My loan account is on floating roi but in the last 2 years only you have increased roi??? As of now home loan roi is very low but you have not been amended-again cheating its means if i will continue my account with you my roi will go up to 20 % in a few months. (Ref: circular dated march 27, 2020 and bearing number rbi/2019-20/ 186 dor. No. Bp. Bc.47/21.04.048/2019-20

    4. your customers care agents are not liable for your company. Maybe you have trained like this to cheat people. Trust me, in the last few months nothing has come out from you, i can call you by waiting on call for 1 hrs. But your professional only they can send email i am not reachable.. This is how your company is growing with such irresponsible people.

      I'm Asiya from Chennai. From your bank I have 2 personal loan due to this COVID19 situation I can't able to pay the EMI so I applied for Moratorium from the month June to August but on your side you have Updated only for the month of June. But I have applied for the month of July and August for that I have screenshots and request by sending mail to services department but no one response for my request. Daily everyone calling and asking to pay now the EMI in harsh manner. If I have money I will pay the amount immediately but I don't have any income now as per Government instructions we applied for Moratorium. Kindly please help me sir, If not keep on doing calls and talking in harsh and rude manner by giving pressue I don't know I will leads to die because of your bank sorry to tell like

          I am so sad to inform you that you persons first provide me credit line loan amount rs 19000/- when i close it you charged 24300/- too much loss and i also not able to use that 19000 amount.
          Another thing i paid emi by dhani pay from credit card.
          But you people showing emi due and bank also charged 490/- as check bounce charge? Why?

          Now also showing emi over due.
          You people what you want?
          I am too sad that i can't explain in words.

          I am thinking why i applied for dhani credit line?

            Dear sir
            I took housing loan no 00044421from dhfl with insurance of rs 1752017/- on interest 8.55 for 20 year tenure. Whoes emi 15435/- debited in my account. Now as per dhfl my loan transffered to indiabulls with account hdhlgug00486592 and indiabulls increase my interest rate from 8.55 to 10.20 tenure 20 year to 30 year and emi also encrease amount rs 15435/- to 15565/-. Insurance and pmay status not clear by indiabulls. I have not recd any physical document regarding this. Rbi also reduce thier repo rate but indiabulls still increasing interest rate. I am also complaining to rbi regarding this. Indiabulls executive regularly call me to transfer home loan to other bank. This is a harresments to customer.
            Request you to pls help in this metter.

              This is in reference to my personal loan which i want to foreclose. However in the dhani app services it’s not giving me the option of foreclosure under service request.

              May you please assist to the earliest.

              Find below my details:

              I want to foreclose my personal loan account however i am not getting foreclosure option in my dhani app under the following steps i followed:

              "you can foreclose your loan through dhani application by following below steps

              Step 1 - log into dhani application

              Step 2 - go to""my active loan""available on the home screen
              Step 3 - select the loan you wish to foreclosure
              Step 4 - click on""service request""from the top right corner
              Step 5 - select""foreclose account"" & set foreclosure date (Same date)

              No option appearing for foreclose account under service request.

              Hence i contacted the customer services via phone 6 times and all the times the associate girls who answered the phone were rude and kept telling me i cannot foreclose my pl as the emi date is 5th so the should wait till 14th of this month.
              When i probed then that i require to close this pl as i have applied for home loan and it is in urgency, they disconnected the phone and was not ready to help.

              I have even raised by concern via email and the reference id for the correspondence of contacting dhani app customer service is 13540991

              I need help on urgency to get the foreclosure done for my pl account hence request assistance with the same.

              Atleast le time know if the foreclosure icon not appearing in my dhani app under services is an issue then which dhani office i can visit in my city pune to get my foreclosure done as it’s not possible to wait till 14th of the month to close my pl with dhani

              Can you please provide me the NOC for my PL foreclosure to the earliest. After making the foreclosure payment, the app is still showing loan as Active due to which when I click on NOC it’s giving message NOC cannot be provided for Active loans
              Any update on the foreclosure icon not appearing for me. My emi for the month was deducted on 5th and the Dhani app has the updated payment received showing however foreclosure icon is still not available. I want to foreclose this loan ASAP. Please assist.

                I sent money from wallet to bank twice in different different account one is union bank and another one is saraswat bank but past over 48 hours still bank account not credited. I tried to call them and mail them also but no positive response

                    I had taken personal loan from indiabulls dhani app on dated 10/04/2018 in the name of Pankaj Ravindra Vende.

                    I received personal loan amount Rs.62, 000/- from indiabulls for tenure 4 years rate of interest @ 26% & my monthly EMI will be 2091/- and emi payment monthly date will be 2nd of every month as per statement given below.

                    Indiabulls are not deducted my loan emi ecs on time from my bank account on date after 2nd july 2018 inform to indiabulls staff, customer care for reminder of my ECS deduction.

                    Then indiabulls staff and customer care both peoples are told me that they have some problem in their system they provide me their indiabulls official account number of axis bank and told me to trf the emi amount in the same account number.

                    Indiabulls repeat same mistake again in then again i call to indiabulls executive and they told me the same thing trf emi in the same account.
                    After that indiabulls told me that we have some major problem in our system so if you want to avoid charges and penalty you trf your emi amount 2091/- every month 2nd date directly in our indiabulls axis bank account and share me screenshot then i we will update in our system and will not charge any charges to you.

                    after that i follow the same system every month 2nd date i trf my loan emi amount Rs.2091/- in indiabulls account and share screenshot to their executive on whatsapp.

                    I had done every things as per indiabulls says all emi paid on time but thereafter indiabulls charge me from April 2018 to July 2020 they charges me Rs.19, 000/- as charges and late fees penalties as late payment and emi bounce charges. When i am going to ask then they are forcing me to pay that penalty when i told indiabulls that i will not pay because i paid all emi on date and time then indiabulls told me if i am not paid emi then they filed criminal case against me. They are demanding extra money from me as penalty and charges.

                        Later i borrow emergency amt dhani credit line some 2400r was dedited in dhani wallet so from that wallet rs 790 was deducted also rs 580 was deducted.
                        As per the account statement still amt is pending with dhani to be return

                        Rs 790 payment recv from wallet
                        Rs 580 which was deducted from my wallet (Screen shot attached)
                        Where is my rs 580 which is deducted from my wallet.
                        Total = amt charged is 2314
                        And my emi is rs 1236
                        So you have taken emi for the month of july, so dhani have to pay me back rs 1, 078

                        And now when i saw my bank statement rs 295 3 times is been charged from my ac

                          That i took a home loan from indiabulls vide my loan a/c no hhleok00121522

                          But they are charging me home loan interest rate @ 13.60% wef 10th nov 2018 on my home loan a/c no hhleok00121522.

                          1) this interest rate is very very very high.
                          2) it is mandatory to inform the customer about any increase in their home loan a/c interest rate/s.
                          2) i was never informed about this drastic increase.

                          Please do the needful to rectify this.

                            I had given request for moratorium in the month of march 2020 and it has got approved but still esc has been presented to my bank and it has got clear. But again it has presented in the month of april, may, june & july 2020 and due to insufficient fund due to lockdown it has got bounce back and my icici bank has deducted rs. 2100/- from my account for which i have send multiple mail to indiabulls customer care e-mail id but no response. Every time they are saying to elaborate and i am fed up to give all the details again and again. I have tried on customer care no. [protected] more than 20 times but it is getting disconnected.

                            Now i will not pay any further emi unless my issue is not getting resolved and i want refund of my ecs bounce charge as this is very hard earned money. I have already escalated to lokpal of rbi.

                              I am lakshmi narayan doing small business . On mondey 13-7-20 one person make a call his no is[protected] on behalf of your indiabulls company .this loan is on basis of covid and i have to pay EMI after three month. he aks me what amount you want i say 500000 then he ask me about paper and i whatsapp all document after some times he call and say your application has been selected for loan and pls dep 2500/ in google pay account [protected] for prossesing charges i will deposited 2500/ in account . there after another massege rec your amount hold for insurence paper charges pls pay 19500/ in account i will deposited.There after again demanding 37500/ for TDS charges . I dont dep this amount and said pls cancled my loan there after he give me manager no is [protected] .he said pls pay 37500 i said that i have no mony to pay then manager say pls pay half of 37500 and our company will bear half of your TDS amount .I refuse to pay then he say your amount will refunded in 15 days .Next day i get a call from another no [protected] he say pls deposit 5000 and i will clear your loan .I refuse to pay any amount and say pls return my mony .
                              pls take immedeate action against these no. i attached all matter

                                Bouncing overdue charges in this lock down period pls wave off..
                                I am paying every month emi..
                                But this automatically debit from my account is frustrating and also it charges more bouncing charges.. I have total 2000 rupees more bouncing cheque..
                                Dhani is telling go and ask with bank ecs. Banks and dhani taking bouncing charges and overdue charges in this lockdown period

                                With great difficulty i am paying loan in this critical situation.
                                No one is understanding the pain of customers...

                                Only want to take more interest from us

                                I already sent bank statement...
                                Pls wave off over dues charges or bouncing charges. Pls fix this issues

                                    Simply taking bouncing charges.
                                    App is crashing. After several mails service is poor.

                                    And dhani credit line is not disbursed in my dhani wallet. App is crashing.
                                    Loan statement is not shown properly.
