I have taken a loan from dhani.i have taken settlement letter for 25 k & settled .now dhani is asking for more money.when I called customer care miss Sobha behaved rudely.

My 1 loan was running with indiabulls name as credit line . I have cleared my all dues of it but they are not closing my case nor they are removing from cibil. However they have given me noc. But still agents are visiting at my place for recovery. They are asking for money . They said your loan is not closed yet as we have not given you FCL. So you have to pay more amount. They are making different types of stories harrasing my parents by visiting my place. I have already clear my all dues. Attaching noc as well as agent photos . I want to take some action against Indiabulls dhani company they are looting the customer . Please help me i want to take action against them

Hello, I'm Rohit V Nyaynit from thane maharashtra, I worked in indiabulls Dhani One Freedom card, as a recovery officer (fos), I resigned on 17 may cause of company didn't getting me a traveling conveyance, today is 2 months completed, company didn't give a salary yet, I frequently doing mails but nobody responded, kindly request you to solve my issue.

My Property is located at SIDDHA SPHERE, FLAT NO-OC802, 8TH FLOOR, BLOCK-3-OCEANIA, RAIGACHI, RAJARHAT, BISHNUPUR,
PO & PS - RAJARHAT KOLKATA.
I had taken a finance of Rs 3, 182, 170.00 including Loan protection from ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD
My Loan account number is HHLKOL00120525 and Policy No. Is 4065/IHFL-HL/2479445/00/000 AND 4013/
And another one is
India Bulls- IHFL/482299/00/000 in the name of OLI HARLALKA AND Policy No. 4065/IHFL-HL/2479447/00/000 and 4013/INDIA BULLS- IHFL/482301/00/000 in the name of Binay Harlalka

We had taken this Insurance coverage so that if something wrong happens or if any accident happens then ICICI LOMBARD will pay off the loan on our behalf but unfortunately it didn't happened. I would like to Highlight that in July 2015 I had a brain stroke and I got admitted at APOLLO Hospital for 30 days, I was completely paralysed and I was unable to talk, I was facing the toughest challenge of my life and I took so many year's to recover, though I am still paralysed.

My spouse along with my brother went to your park Street office to take the help of the insurance which we had done for this toughest period as I was struggling for life in hospital but your representative misguided her and told that your policy have been CANCELLED by your husband and that's why you will not get any CLAIM.

Sir what kind of Joke it was when I was struggling for life your people instead of helping misguided my poor wife who is a house wife.

Sir my policy was not cancelled, it was my wife's policy which got cancelled but your representative have misguided my poor wife, was he not afraid of God.

Sir your company representative has cheated to us even after knowing that I am
hospitalised and struggling for life. I lost everything, I lost my job but even after that I paid emis for 5years after stroke, by literally selling everything, including my wife jewellery and I am left with nothing.

So please settle my loan else I would left with no option apart from raising it in social media and standing in front of your office with fraud company pamphlet as your person have played with a person who was on dead bed and Only hope for his family was that Insurance policy but when my family members Needed it you guy's shattered our trust by misguiding, lieing in such a way.

I hope you would take appropriate action against your respresentative and settle our claim without delaying it further.

Dear Sir/Mam I am requesting you to please close my Loan account of IVL Finance Limited.I don't took any loan from IVL Finance Limited and it is shown in my loan accounts and it is highly impacting on my CIBIL by this my CIBIL going down.So I am requesting you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

My total credit limit is 15000 but they giving 750 for daily limit.

I have not using this service since 6 months.

However I have paid 6 months subscription fees,
Rs:- 2, 118 ( 353*6 months),

I didn't know any complete information(terms/conditions) about it dhani one freedom card service,

I understanding that I have to pay the subscription fee only if I use this service,
( i mean- Only if the my loan limit is used ),

please help me to refund my dhani one freedom card subscription fees ₹ 2, 118,

I have been paying the regular EMI from 2017 till now and have already paid 20 lacs but now the company says that under the preEMI scheme the whole amount was for interest.

The preEMI was charged from[protected] and was never intimated to us whatsoever. The preEMI cannot be charged for a 5 years without notifying the customer and appropriate consent has to be taken for any charges.

We have taken 38 lacs of loan and still have to pay 38 lakhs even after paying 20 lacs over 5+ years.

Need your immediate assistance and help to file the complaint and take quick action on these thugs.

Do let me know in case for any further information from my end.

I have used card and paid all the dues there are no dues on my account I asked them to close my subscription but they didn't I mailed them, called them but no response about closing even though I didn't use card I've paid subscription fees for few months. Dhani loans had sanctioned a personal loan under IVL FINANCE LTD into my pan card number.But don't know about it. Perhaps, someone had used my pan card. He or she had used different address and contact details. I hope, you will respond me urgently.
