I have already paid my emi from dhani app still my money got deducted from my bank and the customer care is not working! and also i have one more issue they duplicated my transaction and showing i have took extra loan where as i haven't taken any extra loan! they created a wrong loan and they auto debited my money for that loan also!

    Money got deducted from my account thru ECS. Charge reflecting as INBC Finance Limited.
    Called CUSTOMER CARE for the clarity no body ever responds to the call even if someone does they have no ### idea what they are talking about. The worst customer service experience i ever had in my life. You ask them something they will tell you something else. Yet never got the clarification of deduction.

          Dear, sir /madam,

          I have taken loan from your dhani app, my loan application No.PL04243674 and TP00786722 due on 2nd every month.

          I am writing this letter because, I dropped my previous job and my new job salary credit on 5th every month. So i unable to pay emi on time from this month onwards,

          Hence I requesting to please change my emi due date to be changed from 02 to 06 in forthcoming emi's henceforth with intimation to me. For which I will ever remain thankful to your firm.

                  Its a complaint against dhani pay credit line.
                  Very very lazy not response on phone.. Sir i taken loan from 24700/=
                  . After he send a message of dhani pay credit line fill up the form u will get 12350/=rs. I filled. After i done recharge 149/=rs and order dhani pay card of 118rs and 16rs recharge. But he debited 450/=rs on 10th april. Today 20th april 130 rs debited why? I am angry on u.. I said many times and i send email on ping dhani pay. But there is no response. I think i am fool.. U make me. Pleaß deactivate dhani pay credit line.. Otherwise i will complaint dhani india bull.

                    For my loan account number idhadel07429245 and idhadel08080941 i paid manually via dhani app and 10th ecs also debited from my account. Payment due date was 5th and i wait for three days and amount not debited from account, so i paid the amount through the application. Now on 10th ecs also debited from my account. So refund the amount i paid twice for the loan account. There is no notification or massage from your end for the payment. And this is the first payment suppose to pay for the credit line card. So got confused regarding this. Refund my amount 1062. I write several mails to their customer support but still there is no reply or anything. No number to contact also.

                      Loan amount is showing as disbursed and emi to be deducted next month onwards. If i didn't receive my loan amount, then why should i pay emi. I've e-mailed to dhani complant email id. Complaint number generated but nobody is responding. Customer care executive disconnected the call without resolving my issue.                             My self Sandip Chakraborty Loan Account No - HHLK00410729 last 30th March 2020 I have apply EMI deferment for 3 month via online also received confirmation SMS, but it’s total fraud by INDIABULLS management sending EMI for collection on 5th of April 2020 also sent sms they will represent EMI (NACH) again 15th of April 2020?

                            It’s simply harassment by INDIABULLS management also avoid RBI prescribe COVID 19 Morotorium order for said EMI bounced charges bank was deducted to my account as well as its effect my CIBIL score also.

                            This is total unprofessional approach by INDIABULLS.

                                India bulls has cheated me by producing checks to bank for emi deduction even after requesting for moratorium period from march to may 3 mobths.

                                I have written multiple times to [protected]@indiabulls.com requesting 3 months deferment in payments. But indiabulls has ignored requests and have proceeded with payments for march and April 2020.

                                This is clear concise of not adhereing to RBI rules by india bullls.

                                Hence with no salary and account balance i have left nothing to feed my family. India bulls is responsible for the loss of my family medical and basic necessities during this time.

                                We will take this to ombudsman as yiu have ignored customer request purposely even after repeated reminders.

                                  Dear Indian consumer Complaints Team,

                                  This is regarding, Deferment request not considered against Lan no: HHLKAL00178708..(Uday khamkar - [protected])

                                  I am Uday khamkar from Thane, Mumbai.
                                  I have taken housing loan from IBHFL in 2013. Till the time, I am giving my monthly EMI if Rs. 15179 on timely basis without fail.

                                  My loan account number is HHLKAL00178708

                                  I had applied for deferment option through Online process of IndiaBulls web page on dated 30th March 2020. Even I had sent multiple communication email to avoid dedication of EMI for next two months but my deferment request has not considered by IBHFL.

                                  Even following the process towards deferment option today India bulls deducted EMI for the month of April 20. As I already written that I have limited fund and i am facing salary issue due to some technical issues with new company where I joined in March 20 ( March 20 EMI paid with available saving balance).

                                  It's IBHFL fault as even after so many reminders and e-mail communication, your team failed to update my application towards deferment option and today EMI of Rs. 15179 has been deducted from my account and now I have Rs. 4195 balance in my account. How should I manage my expenses now? Please do the needful.

                                  I never expect such kind of ignorance from IndiaBulls.

                                  I request to IBHFL to please arrange to refund deducted EMI amount of rs. 15179 to my linked account ASAP. Els it's very difficult for me to manage my regular expenses for this month as I am the only earning person in my family.

                                      Last month i. E. March 30th of 2020 i received a message from indiabulls if i will be taking the moratorium as mentioned by rbi during this covid pandemic, i responded saying yes and filled in the details as requested and submitted the form, the following month i. E april 5th i receive a message from my bank saying ecs debit is failed due to insufficient fund, even after agreeing to take the 3 months moratorium, indiabulls has not adhered to rbi rules and submitted the ecs cheque because of which i have been charged 300 rs from my bank, india bulls called me later when i sent a mail regarding the same and tried to explain that opting for moratorium is not the best option and i should pay the emi, i’m a freelancer by profession and i do not have any other source of income currently. Kindly look into this matter
