I have taken loan from your dhani app, my loan application No.PL04243674 and TP00786722 due on 2nd every month.

I am writing this letter because, I dropped my previous job and my new job salary credit on 5th every month. So i unable to pay emi on time from this month...

Its a complaint against dhani pay credit line.
Very very lazy not response on phone.. Sir i taken loan from 24700/=
. After he send a message of dhani pay credit line fill up the form u will get 12350/=rs. I filled. After i done recharge 149/=rs and order dhani pay card of 118rs and 16rs recharge. But he debited 450/=rs on 10th april. Today 20th april 130 rs debited why? I am angry on u.. I said many times and i send email on...

For my loan account number idhadel07429245 and idhadel08080941 i paid manually via dhani app and 10th ecs also debited from my account. Payment due date was 5th and i wait for three days and amount not debited from account, so i paid the amount through the application. Now on 10th ecs also debited from my account. So refund the amount i paid twice for the loan account. There is no notification or massage from your end for the payment. And...

Loan amount is showing as disbursed and emi to be deducted next month onwards. If i didn't receive my loan amount, then why should i pay emi. I've e-mailed to dhani complant email id. Complaint number generated but nobody is responding. Customer care executive disconnected the call without resolving my issue. I feel cheated by dhani app. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I got an email from Indiabull that I can avail facility of moratarium for 3 months .I tried to apply online but couldn't do that, than I sent an email to them for moratarium but still they deducted the amount from account.My name is Kiran Sen and Loan number is HHLJK00468514...

My self Sandip Chakraborty Loan Account No - HHLK00410729 last 30th March 2020 I have apply EMI deferment for 3 month via online also received confirmation SMS, but it’s total fraud by INDIABULLS management sending EMI for collection on 5th of April 2020 also sent sms they will represent EMI (NACH) again 15th of April 2020?

It’s simply harassment by INDIABULLS management also avoid RBI prescribe COVID 19 Morotorium order...

This is to bring notice that my emi was not paid on 05.04.2020. I got a mesege to pay on 10.04.2020. My emi amount was 5090 i paid 5107.70 with extra charge. On 13.04.2020 again 5090 was deducted from my account. First of all i dont have money in this sitiuation.
Kindly look in to this matter and refund my money. I. Also requested for emi deferment.

We had applied to Avail moratorium for home loan account number HHLPNV00239270, have sent multiple mails on official email ID. But didn't receive any response. And EMI got deducted. Need clarification on the same, and refund of amount....

Last month i. E. March 30th of 2020 i received a message from indiabulls if i will be taking the moratorium as mentioned by rbi during this covid pandemic, i responded saying yes and filled in the details as requested and submitted the form, the following month i. E april 5th i receive a message from my bank saying ecs debit is failed due to insufficient fund, even after agreeing to take the 3 months moratorium, indiabulls has not adhered...

They said 6-24 hours it would be credited, After I paid that they are not responding.
