Dear team,

I had taken loan from india bulls in march 2018.

Loan against property,

On that time they said the ineterest rate is 11% reducing.

But they disburse my loan on 13%

And from march 18 to now the rate is now 15.90% reducing.

Then i told to the executive what sholud i do.

They told me to deposit 25% of principle amount.

In which i dont have to pay the closure. I was agree in that and i paid 25% of principle amount.

My loan was of 35.67 lakhs and i paid 8.75 in march 2019.

Now outstanding loan amount is 26 lakhs. I told them to give me forclosure then they said i have to pay the closure amount on all amount... 26 lakhs and 8.75 lakhs. They are adding closure on both the amount.

Why should i give closure on that amount which i had already paid in march 2019.

I am agree to pay the closure on 26 lakhs which is genuine...

Now please help me to solve this issue.

This is cheating with consumers.

    I habe taken housing loan from india bulls, they charging very high interest. Due to that reason i want to transfer my loan to other bank. But india bulls has charged us 2% of interest on outstanding amount. I have visited their office but no proper response from their official. As per rbi huifeline no bank can charge for early payment. Please guide me how to get wave off that interest amount.

          Dear Team,

          In a developing country like India, women are not safe even inside home, outside or at workplace. India has become a nation of cruel people where, finding self respect is never found. Banker, NBFC are for public needs, but they are taing huge advantages of general public. I hope this is spread adn helps other women. Indiabulls is giving worst service . I'm new to this and not even one month over. My bank had sufficient funds . I had missed a single payment, that too first month . For missing first month emi, i have been getting abusive and murder threats from IndiaBulls collection in tamil. They have almost ruined my life . This is so worst behavior against a women. Still 11 EMI is on way, if this is the case for first one, what is going to happen the next 11 months is so stressful to imagine. This calls gave me severe stress and mental fever. Such murder, office visit, home visit threat calls i have been receiving . Indiabulls collection person, not only called from various number but also faked themself that they are calling from Bluedart Courier and want to know my address. This cheap tricks to indirectly collect address is not acceptable. My relative got threats, tomorrow if i take any wrong decision, Indiabulls is responsible for everything not the employee who called me .I was humiliated and abused very very very bad roadside words. As a women this is so bad. I will make sure this email is forwarded to each and every one including RBI, Women Welfare Association, Womens Police Association. For you kind information i have paid the emi and included the statement . I ask the Nodal to take action and give proper assistance

              Hi sir/ma'am,

              This is sanobia, i am reaching out because i am facing issue with the emi for the month of july. I forgot to maintain the emi amount for the month of june which should be deducted on 2nd of june. So, i just got a call from indianbulls's representative and he asked to make the payment on 8th ofjune through paytm. I made the payment on 8th june through paytm. But again the same amount of emi was presented on 10th of june and deducted from my bank account. I called the same representative and he told to send me the transaction details and it will be updated within that month and he told me that i will not have to pay the emi for the month of july. But it was not updated since 10th of july. I called him many times and he said it will be updated before 2nd july. Indiabulls presented the emi amount for the month of july on 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th of july which i have already paid in advance and i was charged the late payment fee because i was not having sufficient amount in my account at that time. Also, i have been charged the ecs return charges of rs.480, ₹403, 460 and ₹412 for not maintaining the emi amount for the month of july... Who will do that reimbursement for those charges?

              I have been emailing the customer support for last 12 to 13 days but they are not doing anything. They have not even removed the late payment fees which was not my mistake. It was from your people. I made the payment and it should have been updated in the system. I have also contacted nodal officer but didn't got any response.

              I have attached all the payments slips and statement. Please find below the details.

              Please remove the late payment fees and make the reimbursement of almost ₹1800 for ecs return charges. Waiting for your immediate response!

                I have taken home loan of 30 lacs from indiabulls last year.

                On 13th july, 2019 i have done the part prepayment of emi of rs.[protected]Every month's emi)*3).

                I was expecting rs. 77253 to be deducted completely from my principal loan amount.

                Instead of this, only rs. 67651 has been deducted from my principal loan amount and rest of the amount has been settled as increase into the interest rate (As per discussion with customer care).

                How this is possible? You are not informing your customer about anything before doing the part prepayment of emi and customers are under the impression that whatever amount he will pay for part prepayment of emi will be deducted from principal loan amount.

                This is not fair for the customers who are saving their whole money and doing part prepayment of emi to save from the interest rate.

                The more unfair thing is even you don't ask or let us know about your deduction while doing part prepayment of emi. What if i haven't done part prepayment of emi?

                Even after complaining to customer care (Around 30-40 mins talk), i haven't got any follow up from your side still.

                Please resolve this asap. I don't need a single rupee to be cut while i am doing part prepayment of emi in terms of interest.

                  This is regarding a LOAN of Rs. 31, 250 taken from Indiabulls Dhani in the month of January 2019. The sanction amount was of Rs. 28, 980. The amount of EMI is Rs. 1, 764 for 24 months.

                  I have been continuosly bringing into their notice that their technical glitch is preventing any sort of deduction from my account. However, the reason they gave was that the EMI hits my bank account during 12 am - 6 am and having insufficient balance, the same bounces. Never has the EMI hit my linked bank account and the Company has been levying bouncing charges on every EMI date. I have been paying the EMIs on a regular basis, through their dysfunctional app or PAYTM, keeping adequate evidence of sufficient balance available in my bank account.

                  They have poor quality of CUSTOMER CARE Executives, with an IQ level in minus. I called up to tell them that the EMI has not been deducted, and the person said "Congratulations! Your EMI payment is successful".

                  Furthermore, I get calls from their "recovery agents" telling me that I have not paid my installments. They are mentally harassing me for their technical glitches. It is astonishing that they have leaked my number to these illiterate recovery agents who do not even know how to speak. They send me automatic messages that a certain amount is due as these (malafide) charges and I should pay using the link mentioned in their SMS, else it may have legal consequences. They have no collateral against this LOAN and yet I have to face their ### recovery agents and harassment through every way possible.

                  An option available on their app for foreclosure does not work either. If they do not address my concerns with this post as a final warning, I myself being an Advocate, will take this matter to the Court of Law in the general interests of the public as well as mine.

                      two months of emi deducted even after i have paid the total amount mentioned in the foreclosure letter

                      I was having a loan with account number - iperpun01015302.
                      I have raised a request for the foreclosure of my loan in the month of october 2018. I have received a foreclosure letter on 08/10/2018 with total amount of rs.118, 095.76. I have attached this letter in the attachments.
                      I have paid this amount on 10/10/2018 through dd (Rs.113230/-) and cheque (Rs.5052/-). I even received the receipts.

                      I have applied for personal loan in the month of june, now that i am ready to repay my entire loan amount and continuously calling the customer care and sending them email but they are not ready to revert on any of my emails nor there customer service no get connect..

                      They hve later shared the address, i have visited the place today morning and they dont have any office in the address provided

                      I guess they are good in irritating and cheating people, i have an email where they have mentioned where clearly that i can close my account when ever i want but with additional charges, i am even ready to pay, which is almost 25000.. But i guess they want to earn more money and they are not concerned

                          We had foreclosed loan number HHELAJ00398563/398588/392763 of india bulls on 20th june 2019
                          we have still not received the original property papers even after 32 days.

                              I have buy home in uttam nagar west are which is t-92 block, gali no:03 flat no 202, shukar bazar, ididnt get the pm awas yojna yet, in my building the persons who buyed a loan from different like dhfl, iifl they have get their subsidy, but in my case your stupid person saying my building is not under mcd map, and also saying light facility not available and owner should be female as you can check flat is registered by me and my wife name. Same on you guys, i will never recommend anyone to buy loan from you.
                              Now i will wait what will happen you will respond or not?

                                Have taken loan from indiabulls housing finance pvt ltd on feb 2017, amount 1270700 for purchase of house.
                                Loan was sanctioned and disbursed to me. And same time i have applied for pmay subsidy on my fist pacca house. But indiabulls didnt forward my pmay subsidy application to national housing bank. I have visit so many time to indiabulls office. They forced me walk hare and there and demanding money for forwarding my subsidy application. Almost 2 year has past but my subsidy application stll pending with indiabulls. My income and my home falls under pmay subsidy criteria. I am a employee of defense in indian airfoce. Please help me to provide govt subsidy.
                                Further i want to make clear that this is ada approved property and all documents deposited in branch. Please help me to provide benefits of govt subsidy.

                                  I have a housing loan with indiabulls housing finance limited. Initially the rate of intrest was 8.70%. However, they have increased this up to 12.75% in just a period of one year without intimating me.in my society aprox 15 persons are facing same issue and now we all are looking for bt.

                                  Interestingly, they have disabled login page and changed email id to “[protected]@gmail.com” so that no can lodge a written complaint over the email. They are doing unethical business practices and charging ad hoc high rate of interest without any reason. Further, on another side roi on housing loans are reduced by other banks.

                                  Action must be taken on this fraud company.

                                    मैं वर्तमान में इस फर्जी कंपनी का ग्राहक हूं और किस्तें भर रहा हूं। मुझे इस indiabulls शब्द से घृणा हो गया है। आदमी का जिंदगी बर्बाद करने वाली कंपनी है यह... यह 8.35% की दर से मुझे लोन दिया था जिससे मुझे कुल 180 किस्तें चुकानी थी लेकिन अब ये ब्याज दर बढ़ा कर 11.30% दिया है, जिससे मुझे अब अपने घर का 302 (लगभग 30 साल) किस्तें चुकाना पड़ेगा.. ऐसा लग रहा है जिंदगी भर का गुलाम बन गया हूं..
