I have taken home loan of 30 lacs from indiabulls last year.

I have raised a request for the foreclosure of my loan in the month of october 2018. I have received a foreclosure letter on 08/10/2018 with total amount of rs.118, 095.76. I have attached this letter in the attachments.

I have buy home in uttam nagar west are which is t-92 block, gali no:03 flat no 202, shukar bazar, ididnt get the pm awas yojna yet, in my building the persons who buyed a loan from different like dhfl, iifl they have get their subsidy, but in my case your stupid person saying my building is not under mcd map, and also saying light facility not available and owner should be female as you can check flat is registered by me and my wife name....
