[Resolved]  Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. — regarding pathetic experience, ignorant behaviour and non-restoration of title deeds at indiabulls rnt marg branch, indore (m. p.)

Hon'ble sir,

At the outset kindly note that my house loan account at indiabulls rnt marg, indore (M. P.) vide no. 389976 is fully paid via rtgs i. E. Rs. 21, 65, 000 (Rupees twenty one lacks and sixty five thousand only) from bank of maharashtra vide utr no. Mahbr[protected] dt. 13 feb, 2019. This rtgs was done in indiabulls axis bank account no. [protected] sco-29, sector-14, gurugram-122001 branch.

Sir, i have paid an excess amount of rs.25, 000 (Rupees twenty five thousand only) as the foreclosure letter was received by me on 14 feb, 2019 and the outstanding amount was shown of rs. 21, 40, 000 (Rupees twenty one lacks and forty thousand only) whereas one day earlier i paid an amount of rs. 21, 65, 000 (Rupees twenty one lacks and sixty five thousand only) via rtgs.

Sir, it is one month after paying the whole amount and i have not been given the original registry i. E. Title deeds of my registered land, against which the finance was obtained by the banking authorities. I also made several requests in the same regard for about 5-6 times at indiabulls customer care no. Which is[protected], but their executives very arrogantly on being told the whole incident makes arbitrary statements and refuses me to help in any of the way as according to them it is my personal issue.

Sir, prior to the foreclosure of the loan it was duly promised to me by smt. Shraddha jaiswal (Service head of the department) and even by other higher banking authorities of indiabulls that our title deeds will be given back with an immediate effect soon after the payment of the due loan amount.

Now, after paying the whole amount and receiving the aforesaid foreclosure letter and on being contacted with ms. Shraddha on her official mobile number, she very arrogantly and annoyingly refuses even to talk to me anything in this regard.

Even the higher banking authorities are making arbitrary statements and are wilfully refusing and delaying in giving me back my title deeds which is not only causing huge financial losses to me, but is also causing me severe mental agony and annoyance.

Such careless and ignorant behaviour by the banking authorities is not only pre-judicial to the interests to a bonafide and loyal consumer but is also detrimental and a matter of great concern for the image of such an esteemed financial corporation which enjoys exemplary goodwill in the market.

Sir, as informed to the banking authorities in my mail dt. 19 feb, 2019 that i am moving to abroad in order to fulfill my work commitments, but no efforts was made by them even to contact me.

Such mis-behaviour widely depicts the ignorance of legal and moral obligations by the banking authorities towards a bonafide and loyal consumer and also shows the height of red-tapism.

Sir, non-restoration of my title deeds for which i am legally entitled for is causing me huge financial losses, loss of my precious time and i am also going through a mental trauma these days, whereas i also having a history of chronic and acute blood pressure.

Sir, it is utterly surprising that despite of making continuous and repeated requests

From the banking authorities in order to restore my title deeds as promised, they didn't showed any attention and reaction and wrongfully kept my essential and righful documents detended, with an arbitrary and arrogant attitude.

Such behaviour is in utter violation of rbi guidelines and provisions of banking regulation act, 1949.

Despite of being a lawful and bonafide consumer, i felt extremely helpless, embarrassed and irritated after such arrogant and unjustifiable behaviour of the banking authorities towards me.

Sir, i am extremely exhausted and is in severe mental tension and depressive illness. If in future i got missing or if i commit suicide under a depressed state of mind than smt. Shraddha jaiswal and all the higher banking authorities and officials of indiabulls will be solely responsible for it.

At last, i was left with no other option but to brief the matter to all the hon'ble authorities for necessary and needful action and kind cognizance.

My earnest request with all the hon'ble authorities is that, kindly intervene in the matter and get my title deeds restored and my excess amount refunded which will not only provide relief to a bonafide and lawful consumer but will also be in furtherance of justice..
