[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — loan amount outstanding after full and final settlement : pl no - s[protected]

Complaint against :-
India bulls fin. Services - ref : personal loan no : s[protected].

I had opted personal loan for rs.50, 000 from india bulls bearing loan number - s[protected].
Mentioned loan has been fore-closed on 22th august 2012 after making payment of cash rs.81, 287/- (Principle amt + interest) at indiabulls office, ghatkoper.

However india bulls officers confirmed that there is no outstanding after paying this amount. It was informed that fore-closure letter will be sent via mail after successfully updating in cibil. Till then given receipt was considered for closure of my loan as full and final settlement.

Cibil record is not updated by india bulls after making this payment.

In the month of dec 2018 i had opted credit mantri services to upgrade cibil count and credit mantri informed that indiabulls still shows pending dues of rs.12365/- which is effecting my cibil points.

I am very much afraid of india bulls personal loan services that in spite of doing full and final settlement it is showing outstanding which is badly affecting my cibil.

Biggest Fraud and Cheater Company. It's not a company, it's a biggest scam. Government have to take some actions against Indiabulls Group.

I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. I visited the Indiabulls branch more than 20 times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a any reply and solution.

Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from Indiabulls and share your bad experience of Indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.

Since last 2 months i only got calls and waste my time. There is no solution.
