IndiaBulls — Loan repayment issue

These are the same loan credentials mentioned in my profile in dhani app.
These people are asking me to send correct loan account number but this is the loan account number mentioned in my app.
In last email they sent me a link where I'll be able to detail my issue.
Even on that link it says that this loan account number is invalid. I'm not getting why this is happening.

Second issue I wanted to avail moratorium for 3 more months as guided by RBI. I don't know whether these people are granting moratorium for three more months or not as there is no response from them. I've trying since days to get a response but to not avail.

An issue that arose because of their executive Amit Dahiya who misguided me when I wanted to avail moratorium is not resolved yet. I explained the whole issue in my last email to them. I asked their executive to help me avail moratorium. He said, "Ma'am maine karwa diya hai" meaning "I've applied your moratorium". After a few days, I got messages from Indiabulls to pay the EMI. I again contacted that executive, he said the same things again. Then I saw I've been charged with bounce charges thrice in this period. These people don't care that such a situation is going on, corona virus is at peak, there is no work nothing at all. But they are constantly charging me with bounce charges not caring about anything and not responding to my moratorium issue.
Third time I contacted that executive. This time he said that he didn't apply for moratorium for me, instead he has asked Indiabulls to put an option in my app through which I'll be able to avail moratorium.
I was furious but who to blame? That executive for misguiding me and wasting my time? It's Indiabulls that didn't even care to inform about moratorium.
After that, I googled about indiabulls moratorium. I found an email [protected]@indiabulls.com.
I sent an email. There was a response that they'll look into the matter and will reply in 4 days.
There was no reply. Nothing at all. O sent more emails. There were one or two replies which were completely useless and issue wasn't resolved. In fact, their reply had no relevance with the issue. This is their pathetic customer care.

Third issue is that in these unprecedented and testing times, these people didn't care what condition people like us are facing. It's really hard to make money in these times. But these people have charged me more than ₹1400 bounce charges.
Is this humanity?
I will pay my EMI only which is of ₹1033 each month.
I'll not pay any bounce charges otherwise I'm not able to pay anything.
In these times, I won't care about my CIBIL because it's impossible to pay this much.

I want these bounce charges to be waived off. Then only I'll pay the due EMIs.
And their support is pathetic and of no use. I don't know why these people don't get the issue at once. Their replies to emails are absolutely irrelevant each time. There is no response to phone calls.

They've replied 3 times but all were useless replies. They don't care that their customers are asking them something and want them to resolve their problems. I've sent so many mails on all their email ids but to no avail. Infact, the indiabullsloan email id and covid19 email id of Indiabulls is not reachable. Gmail postmaster replied back to me that some mails could not be delivered.

I don't understand what kind of firm these people are running. My loan repayment date is 5th of every month. Even today on 1st of June, I'm getting messages from them that they'll deduct emi from my account but how?

I'm not able to pay, I won't pay bounce charges. Because at this time, I don't have this much money. I'll only pay what my emi amount is.

If they won't reply or resolve my issue and I won't pay anything, let the bounce charges be charged again.

If this time they're not able to solve the issue then no EMI will be paid by me. Until the bounce charges are not waived off and the issue doesn't get resolved, the loan will remain due.

Also, you people are mailing me back that we're closing your close as we've given you a resolution. I didn't get any resolution. This means you people just don't give a damn about your customers. I've sent you more than 15 mails and I only get an automated response from you and you say you've resolved the query. Hats off to you. Pathetic customer service I must say.

I don't want to avail any moratorium. Just waive off those extra charges and I'll the emis which are left at once.
I've been saying this in my emails since days. You've been insensitive that you've charged me more than 1400 in this lockdown because emi was bounced.
I'm ready to pay but only the emis and not those extra charges as it's difficult to arrange funds during these problematic times.
