[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — No loans taken but are showing fake loan in my cibil score

A person came this morning to me claiming i have not paid a personal loan that i have taken from IVL Dhani (India Bulls Dhani). I was shocked as i heard about this company for the first time in my life. He showed me a copy of my AADHAR card (with the old obsolete address) and claimed that they gave the loan on the basis of this AADHAR card without any verification or confirmation. i spoke to his manager on call

"I was surprised to see a call from you this morning claiming somebody has taken a personal loan from your company Dhani by misusing my aadhar card.
I have never visited or taken any loan from your company and this is a complete shock to me"

"He answered ok pls write an email to the manager claiming that my aadhar card has been misused. I did that to his email ID."

I want to know how can any company give loans without any verification documents. This created lot of stress and i sincerely want to report this issue as it caused me a lot of agony.

It is also affecting my CIBIL score now for no fault of mine
