[Resolved] IndiaBulls — not decreasing home loan rate even though rbi has decreased the interest rate 3 times

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I have taken loan from Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited to purchase Flat in Supertech EcoVillage 3 Tower G3 Flat 1403 under triparitate agreement and the loan amount is Rs2835041 Loan account number is HHLDCP0021006 and current EMI is Rs 28210 at 10.45% . When RBI has raised the Interest rate once in the past they have increased the interest rate for 3 times in the past and even though RBI has reduced rate 3 times in the past but Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited is not bothered to pass benefit to customer.When I have submitted the documents for updating my residential address about 2 months back they have not yet sent confirmation for the same by SMS or email and they have not yet updated the address.There old website was much better than there new website and new web site does not contain all the required information such as property address and they have not kept the option o[censored]sing the old website.This is one of the worst housing finance Company.
